Get the one issued from the hospital and upload i think any Government hospital can issue that for you

But my mum and younger brother used this same Birth Attestation and it was accepted.

Your mum can use the Birth Attestation but not sure of your younger brother because they assume that he should have the recent one

Exactly!Yes and you can also get it in any government recognised hospital or health center. Those NPC guys are always in the hospital. You are in which state?

No, i used affidavit of age declaration to file for the Attestation of Birth

Hello people, I'd appreciate suggestions on how to go about this situation:

I'm in the F2B category and currently filling out AOS. My father filed for me but I also have a joint sponsor in person of my sister however, my sister files taxes jointly with her husband. I'll be submitting their jointly filled tax transcript.
I believe my sister will have to fill a joint sponsor I-864A AOS form. On it she has to write her income,

1. Will she write her individual or joint income?
2. Will her husband, who she files taxes jointly with, have to fill a AOS form? If yes, which?

Your sister fills I-864. Her husband will ONLY fill I-864A if her income in 2020 is not enough and wants to use the income of her husband to subsidize her own income.
