I am not sure you should worry about this, it depends on how your Bank chooses to present your names.

This will vary from Bank to Bank, so far as one of your names and your surname reflects.

In any case UKVI will still verify.

Go to their office and try to meet someone that works in the capture room... explain to him or her about your case.

I don't know but if after a week no response, go to the bank for complaints.

Asides from your passport and payment confirmation/receipt, you also need to have a Uk address ready, you can use your schools address.
It may get you ahead on the Queue as most people aren't ready with this infromation.
