Good or bad news has been forced into crypto investors head to be the reason prices fall hard in a beerish way or rise up hard in a bullish way. Economic position plays little role here, and even some trading volume seems to be fake and it's clear to know that there are some very powerful people behind price movements in the Crypto world.

The energy is low, I can sense a lot of people aren't happy. I smiled when I heard some people talking about making $4 daily and time's it by 30 days, I understand they are new, I once thought about that but one step will put you at dip that you will lose all gain's or have to wait for days to recover or even miss out. Setting Stop lose is great in extreme bull market, using it now is just donation to whales I do learn from my mistakes and make new one's . Hodl is painful at times. In general, don't feel pain, we will all get through this, we are early in this space. For Telegram group noise here, either they are scammers replying themselves or they will learn the hard way.

Having traded forex for a decade and entered crypto from the 2017 boom. There are some things you learn the hard way

In forex for example you talk of risk to reward.
How much are you risking to make the 4usd?
Is it your whole capital of maybe 400 or 300 usd which is small in this biz?
You make 4 usd for 10 days straight which is hard. Then one dip and your back to zero

You see another one killing people. You come into crypto and start chasing meme coin up and down. Or you take your only 200 dola to futures market.

If anything favors someone in this crypto. Its a medium to long term approach. Short fast gains will be short lived

Bnb etc we're lying cheap for months before explosion. Right now some coins are still lying cheap e.g trias and they have potential to go further
Anyone with short term plans in this biz will have a short painful career in it

Let me just share my experience here, today is my birthday and I felt someone could learn from my experience.

You know at a time, I felt my village people are now online (digital) monitoring me even into the world of cryptocurrency. I bought BTC for the first time June 2nd, 2021 when it was 36k and before I could say Jack-Robinson in June 8th, it was in 32k, I actually overcame the temptations to sell at this stage, but during that time I remembered all the negativities I've heard in the past about cryptocurrency which was what held me back right from 2016. It was even this period I noticed from June 2nd that I bought BTC, it has been going down and I was like, "this thing na scam?" and I told myself let me just wait till when my money gets back to BreakEvenPoint and I will just pull out abeg. I'm tired of this emotional trauma. Then as if God heard my prayers, June 13th, BTC came back to 37k, when I checked after church service on Sunday and I saw 37k, mehn i sold out with the speed of light, infact there was 2-3k profit sef, I even gave tithe of the profit sef. Then on Monday, June 14th, BTC was close to 41k, that was when I knew my village people were actually online. The emotional trauma I thought I got rid off when i sold @ 37k+ tripled when I saw BTC at 40k+ less then 10hours to when i sold off.

Then I decided to learn before going back because I was so sure I will make it in cryptocurrency. (Cryptocurrency is like buying and selling) I joined some telegram groups (CryptoNG, Wealth Hackers,USStockMarket... etc) and also started following this thread on Nairaland. I got information that some altcoins do better than Crazy BTC so i decided to split my funds into some altcoins i bought BNB, LTC, ADA, CHZ, MATIC, VET, CAKE, LINK and HOT. (Some good coins right?) ...yea i actually did some research on them. so I bought these coins on the 16th of June, thinking no more emotional trauma (never knew about BTC Dominance)... then the great dip of June 22nd came that took BTC to 29k. I was like Ha Ha! again! Wetin I do these people, "are they waiting for me to buy before e go dip?" There was this giving up spirit that came over me, but again I told myself "i go make ham for cryptocurrency" All my altcoins reduced greatly. I remembered during this period i went to a nearby field where no body was and could hear me and I screamed my ass out. (Yea, it has a way of cooling my tension)

During this time i uninstalled my wallet app but I reinstalled it back same night(lol, i couldn't help it). This period was when I learned DCA(Dollar Cost Averaging). I wish I had a little patience to at least buy the dip, or enter the market little by little. I decided to leave all the altcoins I bought and look for small change to "day trade" only ETH as I noticed it's actually a better coin than crazy BTC.

So I bought ETH on July 5th when it was 2200, I was tempted to sell on July 7th when it was $2385 but i remembered my experience with crazy BTC earlier so i left it and right in my hand, ETH went down to $1755 on July 20th. Then I learned "cutting your loss" and re-entering strategy. I for don see at 2385 and re-enter @ $1755 o... but "VILLAGE PEOPLE" July 20th, another time to buy the dip yet, i was caught unguarded. I went to check my altcoins, they were nothing to write home about. I felt like giving up but I kept telling myself I will make it in this world of cryptocurrency. I only need to learn the fundamentals, the TAs, and the rudiments.

I've actually been learning and I felt like acting on what I've learnt few days ago. 27th of June, ETH was $2188, 29th June, it was less than $2300, so I felt i should set sell order at $2350 and re-enter at $2100-2200 so as to have more ETH coins subsequent days.. i woke up on the Friday to see ETH at $2425 and it was too late to cancel sell order and i was like "WHO DEY DO ME"

However, I looked back to all my altcoins now and all I could do is SMILE, and that's part of the reason I could come here to write this because those altcoins have brought back all the projected gains I lose to BTC and ETH.

The main KEY in this world of cryptocurrency is Patience, Avoid Emotions, DCA, DYOR before buying to know where to enter and where to exit the market even though it doesn't guarantee 100% WIN.

Bitter truth is you won't make money daily in crypto
