U mean this is all the charges the Nigerian government could file against Mr kanu,offence number 3 &4 is an insult to all Nigerians,while 1&2 will need a lot of intelligence operation to prove.
I won't be surprised that the Nigerian government is relying solely on the confession of IPOB members caught during their numerous raids and some of Nnamdi kanu radio broadcast to use to prosecute their case.
Seriously I wonder why the Nigerian government used our scarce resources to arrest Nnamdi kanu and could only charge him with this 4 offences,kanu will easily walk away very from these charges.
For those who were happy when the Nigerian police was killing all the Commanders of IPOB,u just shut yourself in the foot,u killed all those who probably had direct communication with kanu,now it becomes difficult to prove Nnamdi kanu was actually talking to people in Nigeria to unleash violence.

We all know that Nigerian government have no substance nor any real intention to nail Kanu, the truth is that even a child judge have all the evidence to put Kanu behind bars but Kanu is not the man you want to jail, one Nigeria government currently is daft.

Look if I were the president, I don't even need to try Kanu, highest thing I will do is to give Kanu higher broadband so that his radio can go far and wide, book for a talk show appointment in his radio program entertain the whole country with his talks, also set up a TV program for Kanu since NTA is a total failure, I wonder why Nigeria can not realise tarlent.

If you read with your brains you realised the part I said, even a child judge can put Kanu behind bars meaning that Kanu had said a whole lot, but Nigerian government have no substance nor intentions to jail him, Kanu is a sage and while it is glaring enough with all his utterances Kanu represents a part Nigeria don't intend to resurrect.

Kanu is using himself as a bait and Nigeria knows that, what will it really take to jail Kanu under two weeks of trial absolutely nothing but Kanu is a crazy guy that embodies something quite meaningful and deep.

When Kanu was arrested the first time, lots of you were claiming it was was a bait, but when Kanu himself realized what was in front of him, he had no choice than to fled.

Kanu didn't see his second arrest coming, he was given out by one of his closest buddies cos the Kenya trip was supposed to be a short trip considering the chattering of private jet.. So saying this second incarceration is another bait is a fallacy.

Though there are glaring evidences to jail Kanu but I don't think Buhari would want to do that, he would rather use court adjournment to frustate Kanu till his tenure ends.. Judges go have running stomach, they would fall sick, they would miss their flights, infact they would be incapacitated to have a sitting.

And btw, if Buhari really want to jail Kanu, he will and nothing, I repeat nothing will happen.

Nigeria is not breaking anytime soon, election would hold in 2023 and all the agitators would be tamed.. You see those 3 things, take them to bank for cash out

Nobody really cares if Buhari jailed him, as far as he is alive he will get pardon someday, no substance does not imply no evidence it implies here no value why he should be jailed, Kanu is an entertainer and motivational hope giver, lover boy and more not so serious personality it is this government that made the beast out of him.

Federal government have more chilling evidence on Kanu even if there is none it won't be a big deal finding him guilty of one but why are they shifting his trail by the next trial it will already be months since his incarceration.

Regarding Kanu and FG, to be frank, both of them are not serious.. If Kanu is claiming of saving his region and FG is saying they are saving Nigeria, both of them should have compromised long time before we get to where we are.
