There are thousands of raw talents hidden in the midst of these small small leagues but many scouts of this big clubs do consider them as amateur players, every star player today started as amateur though no big clubs will want to bask its support to unproven players.
The question is, who is Haaland 3 years ago?

Haaland rejected other offers and choose Salzburg and still rejected united and Dortmund signed him for 20m.

Look at Chelsea youth players, or players like Salah, KDB, Lukaku who wouldn't seat and wait.

It's not that scouts don't find them, this players are realistic. Look at Daka, didn't he refuse Liverpool and joined Leicester, if Iheanacho had joined Leicester earlier or a smaller EPL club he may have moved to a bigger club by now for 50m+

Martinez is decent enough...he is a young lad and he has that potential it will be very stupid and crazy to buy a player that we are not sure he is gonna fit into the team philosophy for 100+ that's crazy...I don't prefer lukaku return neither... he had an average season for United before moving to inter..I prefer someone like Harry who is seasoned and understand the league perfectly and if we can get him we go for mid range strikers that won't cost us more 70m, Martinez, kramaric are all on this table.

I am not convinced havertz can play efficiently as a striker.
If we don't sign a good striker, an area which was an obvious weak spot for the whole of last seas, we will not be able to compete for the title.

But I believe watching Aston Villa trash Liverpool 7-1 can't happen in any other league, or being nervous a team like west ham win Chelsea 2-0

The league is difficult because of the level of seriousness demanded in each game.

You can't be calling best football a competition where a defender stands still or a GK who forgets to dive is confident of starting the next game.

Players come into EPL and struggle because they find is difficult to measure up to the demand and expectations. The league's making money and it's not a fluke, it is the most watched because it is exciting. If you ever watched serie A when it was Serial Assassin and could end players career, you would understand how a difficult competition makes players better.

Try watching an Everton vs West ham game and compare it to say Levante vs Bilbao or Valencia vs Celts Vivo or Villareal. You want to say those games are better
