Nope. There was never a time it was possible. The northern jihadist movement had started by 2015, IPOB slowed it down. If not, what we see now should have summed up by 2019. IPOB did igbos a big favour, they saw the future, shouted it, but nobody believed them. When the Igbos needed Ohaneze, they were busy hustling for contracts in Abuja. Now the table has turn and they are struggling to be relevant.
