I gave up on job. Yrs back.I saw hell. But I focused mainly on trading.. I told myself its either i become an expert in dis or i die.. Dat decision changed me. If d job is not coming. Was jobless for over a year during my teenage years, not working, not learning any craft, not in school.

During that time, I was always in my room, brushing up my skills in a particular field alone on my PC and smartphone. That skill pays the bills today.

I was seen as lazy then, little did they know I was cooking something delicious for myself.

No regrets over my jobless years.

30months. Even small business couldn't cut it.
Worked for 4 months casual staff. Stayed another 13 months no job. Then I got another barly 3 years site closed down due to poor output. That's was December last year been jobless since but I dey hustle no be small and when I mean hustle it's not fraud

Complete 1 year after NYSC... Tried applying for msc e no click... Job later click Sha I thank God... As a Nigerian u r not permitted to be depressed... Depression almost killed me oh... I did some little jobs at home Sha like writing seminars or project for people... But no be d real deal abeg and again I see writing project for people as a crime but wetin man go do job no dey and I no fit dey ask my parents for money after paying almost 300k per year untop my head for university... I thank God Sha e job later click after a year of staying at home

Finished serving 2012. Got a job 2016. Was asked to stop that same 2016 for no reason. Just spent four months working. I even got very good appraisals two weeks prior to the time I was asked to leave. months later the person that fired me called me to apologise that he was acting on orders from the head hr who hated me from when I started that job. Hated me because I refused to lick her shoes the way others would and snitch on my other colleagues. So she sent my line manager to do the dirty job for her. 2017 got three job offers but it happened to be the worst year of my life. Something terrible happened to me that I missed those opportunities. Infact sometimes I feel death is better than what happened to me. Shaked the very fabric of my entire existence. Basically 2016 till now nothing. Thank God for family.

I've been without a job ever since i rounded up my Nysc program which was on the October of 2018 up until present day. If not for family, i don't think I'll be here stomaching all I've been going through all this years. I thank God for FAMILY. I believe nothing last forever.

I have never been unemployed before.. Started working before my final year project defence. I worked in Lagos and served in Abeokuta simultaneously.
Left the job after two years... I got employed by a Nigerian company operated from the UK remotely. Started another job here again later on, remotely... I will be starting another remote job by September, this one is based in San Francisco, CA USA. Making it three jobs simultaneously... With loads of contract jobs with some companies here in Nigeria.

God has been Good to me when it comes to jobs and contracts. I don't stress myself, I can say I have more than 95% success rate, when it comes to interview.

My only problem is that, it's taking over my life and I am beginning to get tired of all of them.

I won't lie I am not enjoying my life anymore... But again, poverty is not palatable even in its simplest form.

All I am looking for now, is too land a job with any of the fortune 500 and I hope God will do that soonest... I will just drop all of these ones... Start-ups jobs are too overwhelming.
