Well just finished watching genk first half game and I feel if they make it to the champions league proper it wouldn't be bad if onuachu spent this season with them because they perfectly understood his type of game and that why it easier for him to get the goals

The tactical plan of Genk was very obvious from the offset: get the ball to the big man.

They are playing for him, tonight.

But bro alot of this companies are owned by nigeria politicians not talking of aiteo though some times they bring in some persons arrow head. There are many of such companies in nigeria today just to avert probe

But anyway why does Benedict Peters keep assuming the role of vice president? Who is the president
I believe he was the CEO not long back. The fact that you founded a company does not mean you cannot be pushed out. I don't know how large his stake in the company is, but if he doesn't own majority ( I believe he doesn't) he can be removed as CEO. Those who invested in the company might be more powerful than him ( The politicians you mentioned can come in here).

Nigeria internationals Joe Aribo and Leon Balogun did not play a part in Glasgow Rangers' 2-1 loss to Malmo in the first leg, third qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday evening.

While the central defender was serving a suspension carried over from last season's Europa League, no explanation was provided as to why the midfielder was omitted from the matchday squad despite featuring in Rangers' opening match of the season versus Livingston.

Against Malmo, the Light Blues were lucky to return to Ibrox with a goal thanks to Steven Davies late, late strike in the 95th minute.

With Rangers chasing the game, Gerrard was reluctant to throw inexperienced young players such as Calvin Bassey into the fray and used only one of his substitutes, bringing on Fashion Sakala in the 63rd minute.

The former Liverpool captain namechecked Aribo and Balogun when asked about his plans for the upcoming game against Dundee United.

Speaking to Rangers TV post-match, Gerrard said : "At the weekend, I'm hoping to have Aribo, Kamara, Roofe, Balogun available, obviously big Jon comes back into the thinking as well so we will be a lot stronger in terms of the squad at the weekend and we'll need to be and we'll need to perform better.

"I've said to the boys in there that my honest opinion is there are six or seven that need to raise their level and raise it sharply."

Rangers face Dundee United at Tannadice Park on Saturday, August 7, three days before their showdown with Malmo at Ibrox Stadium.

Manchester United academy product Tosin Kehinde has won the official Danish Superliga Goal of the Week for matchday three, the Danish Superliga informed via social media on Wednesday morning.

The Nigerian-born winger opened the scoring at Ceres Park as Randers registered an impressive 2-1 road win against Aarhus GF.

Twenty-seven minutes into the contest, Kehinde elegantly headed the ball over his opponent and then lifted it over an onrushing Jesper Hansen in the AGF goal.

It was his second goal involvement of the 2021-2022 season after bagging an assist in the opening day win at Vejle BK.

Being voted the Goal of the Week winner is the second recognition Kehinde has earned in the space of 24 hours as he was named to the Team of the Week on Tuesday, August 3.

In a 4-4-2 formation, the 2019 Nigeria U23 invitee was deployed as a right midfielder.

The Anglo-Nigerian could make his European debut when Randers tackle the winner of the showdown between Turkish club Galatasaray or Scottish team St. Johnstone in the Europa League playoffs on August 19.

The Manchester clubs have thoroughly been had this transfer window. Sancho can even be excused because he comes with a track record from Germany but what has Grealish honestly done to justify his fee? English players get luck sha say the football transfer system is seriously rigged in their favour.

Not so, it's a way of systematically weakening the small teams with potentials to cause upset
