- If the Police interviewed her and establishes a Prima Facie Case against her, is it unlawful to detain her and then her Lawyer can stand Bail for her?, (pending appearance in Court)
- How is FFK responsible for the decision of the Police to detain her?
- How is the Police responsible for her own decision not to be able to control her Mouth and publications, about her Ex-Husband?
- looking at the allegations (Intimidation, Blackmail, Assassination of Character, Malicious Publication), it is obvious that she is out to ruin his reputation and some of those allegations, like Blackmail, are not civil matters of 'husband and wife", they are criminal offenses.
Most Nigerians are used to ruining people's name and getting away with it, some people need to learn their lessons the hard way.

I have read in the past where she was said to be "mentally unstable" and that might have an influence on the courts decision.

But to go around maligning his person and writing very malicious publications against his name, blackmailing him, is a conscious crime and she should pay for it, if proven to be true.
