Android17: Key word "TO". For example : Afrodoc to marry Rihanna. That doesnt mean he married her already. Do you get? |
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Android17: 8:48pm On Aug 05, 2021 |
TheLequte: You are the one who is building an argument that has no legs. Or else, Marcus Rashford is not in the united first team, right? After all, he is recovering from a surgery and will not "feature" while at it. |
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Android17: 8:53pm On Aug 05, 2021 |
CapitalCee: Don't join them to make a moot argument. The word "to" does not apply the same way in each part of a sentence. Promoted "to" ... is not the same as "to" be promoted. The former shows the action has happened. 2 Likes |

Illimitable: I told you, you can walk around people who cannot read, not me. The screenshot you presented will only mislead people who cannot read. City also promoted Delap to the first team to feature against Leicester when they lost 5-2. That is exactly what your screen shot is saying about the 5 United youngsters. Which is different than saying those youngsters were promoted to the first team. The addition of "Wolves" there proves it was momentary. You make me laugh. 3 Likes

raumdeuter: Close in age? Greenwood - Oct 1st 2001 Foden - May 28 2000. 17 months isn’t close in age. Android17: You are a buffoon. Where in the screenshot or your write up shows Sancho was promoted? I need to see headlines that claim Sancho was promoted at City, “not set to” headlines. Messi was set for a new contract for Barcelona according to news around the world. Has he signed it now? Dullard! 9 Likes

Illimitable: Your arguments are incoherent. How else will he be promoted except that he was enlisted to the first team, offered first team level salary and asked to train with the first team? The only way your argument would have been validated is if he stayed that season and never featured. Unfortunately, He left before the first EPL game. The other players mentioned with him, played- Foden and Brahim. In fact, even Lucas Nmecha played as well. Go and look for someone else to play childish games with. 1 Like |

Android17: This guy is a morön, my God. Pep could have played Sancho at any point in 16/17 season. Sancho didn’t get a sniff. Suddenly, he was offered a contract after he made it known he was leaving Man City. Medicine after death. The long and short of it was Sancho wasn’t promoted at Man City. QED!!! 7 Likes |

City set to sign Messi. The #10 shirt is waiting for Messi there unlike the situation at United where the #10 shirt is occupied by a player who won’t play for the team for the next 100 days. 5 Likes |

Illimitable: There is a reason you always use abusive words. It is simply aimed at obfuscating your vacuous arguments. The idiom "set for" just means to be prepared, to be ready and so on. The caption is saying that United is preparing to do it. How so? They started training with the first team - this was February 2021 (Just like Pep invited Jadon to do, apart from offering him a first team level contract in July 2017). Then, 3 months after, Ole gave both players their debut - that is what made them first team players officially (same way Pep gave Foden and Brahim - even Tosin Adarabioyo, their own debuts). Like I told you before, Jadon left by early August 2017 - before he got a chance to get his debut. 3 Likes

Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Android17: 10:28pm On Aug 05, 2021 |
Illimitable: LOL. Your story is completely false, man. Pep just came in 2016/17 - he had to watch and observe the youth team to know which players were ready. He identified 3 of them and invited them to join the first team tour July 2017. Jadon gave a gentleman's agreement that he will sign it but after talking to his handlers, decided against it because he felt his competitors in City would stagnate his growth - he wanted regular first team appearances. Emphasis on regular. That is why he refused to sign the contract and Pep told him not to travel to the USA in that case. Jadon then signed with Dortmund - when the first team were in the USA. |

Android17: So? Pep couldn’t play Sancho anytime from August 2016 till May 2017? Android17: Idiocy flows in your varicose veins. Your ego won’t allow you to chop your L with cold water but since you chose violence, I would drag your face on the floor of a public toilet. The long and short of this discourse is that Sancho never got the promotion you have been lying about and this is why you cannot find any article expressively stating so. Below is another evidence that Pep never gave Sancho a chance in spite of his prodigious talents. 8 Likes 1 Share

Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Illimitable: 10:44pm On Aug 05, 2021 |
Mrcapability7: Hahahahaha. How many golden boots did Rooney win in the PL in his 16 seasons in England? Yeah, the excuse would be, he never really played as a striker, he was a #10. How many times did Rooney top the assist chart in his 16 seasons in England? Another excuse would be, he wasn’t really a #10, he was a centre forward. If you don’t get rid of the media brainwash you have been fed, you will never know better. Rooney is a good player in his own rights but he’s at least 2 tiers below Aguero. 9 Likes 1 Share |
