Sometimes i wonder what Some Agents stand to gain if they say they cant do this or that. Some are just trials and errors, while some are there for the money. It's either they are careless in handling your profile or they Lead you on the road to get 5 years ban quickly without showing remorse, na you go carry the cross. That ex female immigration officer for 15years, advised that if your app was refused the first time, you should look for a LICENSED Agent to help you the second time. And she advised it's even better you use one from the beginning to advoid stories... She talked about what VOs are after, they are not REALLY after your landed properties since they can't verify it and know how easy it is to liquidate it, but they are after the cash that can be made easily available for you to access while in canada *we know money is involved using a Licensed agent, but it's worth it, since it's a life time change* Avoid anyhow agent without success stories or good track records. The link was shared in previous thread for you to hear her. May God help us and may PPR rain before this week ends. 10 Likes |

Oviebright: Hello Oviebright, It will be doubted if any of your queries have not been answered here or if so, it may have not been intentionally skipped. It is very possible to have two sponsors. Since it is a parent sponsorship, one parent can stand as the guarantor except if one has fairly good available funds that may not be counted as sufficient then both can co-sponsor. At most, whether you pay your tuition or not, NGN 8m upward should count as sufficient. n.b. Several other factors can come to play when counting funds as sufficient. The cost of your tuition, study length, province of study, etc. can influence the amount that could be counted as sufficient when presenting funds for the study permit application. If possible, avoid 'unnecessary' lump sum deposits. If there is one, provide an explanation and evidence as justification. Best of Luck |

Had to go back to my last post on pg 280 to drop my timeline First Application: March 2020 Refused- May 2020 Second Application: July 11 2020 Upfront medical- July 10 2020 Refused- August 23 2020 Judicial Review- September 2020 Settlement offer- October 2020 Application reopened- December 10 2020 Medical passed- February 28 2021 BVL- March 11 2021 Medical expired, new request and submission- July 2021 PPR- August 6, 2021 My application was quite complicated— *at the time JR was done, I didn’t have an admission anymore (the college had even refunded me); I had to look for a new school (different program and province) and upload new LOA within the 30-day timeline. *According to the GCMS notes I got in June 2021, PPR was issued in April for the old LOA, and this was later cancelled after the visa officer noticed the new LOA. greis1: 19 Likes 2 Shares |

amiecandie: Hello Amiecandie, What items were stated as verified? The "compliance verification required" is now a common occurrence that can be seen in 7 out of 10 GCMS notes recently. If the remark on the notes for your bank statement verification has not been entered or stated as "no adverse," it will be a good idea or advice to immediately go to your banking institution to have them forward an updated financial record using their official platform while you do the same at your end. Thorough financial verification has been done for all study permit applications filed since January 2021. If this is not the same as the compliance verification intended by IRCC, and if your IELTS and admission letter have been stated "confirmed" on your notes, then maybe they are conducting some additional verification based on their discretion. Hopefully, it reflects confirmed soon. Stay calm. Best of Luck 1 Like |

esosa4real: Hello Esosa4real, Eseosa is a lovely name. Your Bini name caught my attention. Know that I am not bound to one particular tribe by association. I believe you may have gotten your answers, but here is my contribution. If he intends to use the NSE stream since the consideration to sit for the IELTS test has been harbored, he can go for the "academic." This will help him include it to support his school admission application and then the visa application. Note that the test is not necessarily mandatory for English-speaking countries or persons whose prior formal learning was conducted in the English Language medium, and evidence can be provided. A letter of English proficiency and transcript from his graduate school will suffice to be granted a waiver. The offered programs are his to research. Find some schools that are funding flexible: • University of New Brunswick • University of Windsor • University of British Columbia • McGill • University of Victoria (recommended) He can as well check for some related engineering programs in colleges. A pure engineering program in colleges at Graduate Diploma or Certificate study level could be painstaking to secure. Almost all are Diploma, Advanced Diploma, and/or UG programs. So he can check related programs to his engineering study focus. The easiest way to know a (closely) related study is using the transcript to view some major courses taking from the second year during UG study. See some college names below. • Humber College • Lambton College • Conestoga College • Fanshawe College • George Brown College The program to go depends on what his prospect plans are for the study and how its importance can be demonstrated. For a fresh out graduate or young graduate, a Master will be wise whilst for a mature applicant with experience, a Graduate Diploma or Certificate is ideal. Also, either a Master or GD/GC suits will also suit the professional profiles of industry experts who are mature applicants, but a GD/GC will not academics. Best of Luck 4 Likes |
