Subzero047:I understand the idea, but I consider it a huge risk under someone like Spalletti. I sincerely hope it doesn't backfire |

Subzero047:That's good. Let him improve generally in the game and be able to play anywhere in the forward like Messi and Ronaldo. He will make a good LW too. Got the qualities. 2 Likes |

European champions Chelsea have so far rejected three bids by Genk for Ike Ugbo because it does not match their valuation of the striker. Chelsea want six Million Euros for the striker, whose parents are Nigerian but he was born in England. However, The Athletic has reported that Genk and Chelsea are still discussing the transfer of the striker, who scored 17 goals last season for another Belgian club, Cercle Brugge. He is seen as a direct replacement for Paul Onuachu, who is still expected to make a big transfer despite the delay. Ugbo, 22, has equally interested other clubs across Europe. 2 Likes |

Former Flying Eagles star Adewale Oladoye has made a huge statement with KAA Gent after he scored his first goal in Europe to inspire a comeback for the Belgian club against Latvian side RFS in a UEFA Conference League clash. The highly-rated defensive midfielder pulled a goal back for Gent in the 52nd minute after the visiting Latvian club had raced to a 2-0 lead in the first half. He delivered a smart finish on the edge of the box, before he was again involved in the goal that ensured the home team salvaged a 2-2 draw. The former player of Water FC Abuja signed for Gent early this year along with fellow teammate Emeka Chinonso. 2 Likes |
