He didn't play badly today in my opinion. He kept the ball well and moved the ball quickly. Our play was more fluid with Matic and him compared to when Pogba and Fred came on.

Matic though is still the only no 6 we have at the club. We need a CDM badly. Pogba, VDB, Fred, McTom are all no 8s and Garner is not ready.

Since when matic plays he tucks in between the two CBs and goes forward when required, we basically play with 3 at the back when attacking.

And I also think we shouldn't downplay the role of Victor Lindelof in that team. He might seems weak but if we play with this high line at most of our games, his weakness won't be obvious.
