Great feat achieved by Xiaomi. Never use any of their product though. Looking forward to purchasing/acquiring my Xiaomi Redmi Note 10s/plus next month by God's grace...

Currently using Xiaomi, but one thing I hate about the phone is that I can't use it to record my calls. Once I press record call button on the call window, it will announce to the hearing of the person on the opposite side that, THIS CALL IS NOW BEING RECORDED... That's embarrassing.

I never noticed that the caller will hear the voice

I use Note 8, and whenever I press Record Call, the phone would shout this call is now being recorded, and embarrassingly, the other person would ask why am I recording the call, that he hears when they shouted it.

Life lesson! As you make it to the top, people will call you chinko rather called Chinelo or low budget itel. Well you've seen what criticism does to people.. it brings out the best in you

I'm using Redmi 8A and whenever i press record while making calls, they don't hear anything. I even call my guy one day and ask if he heard anything like THE CALL HAS BEEN RECORDED nd he said no.
How come urs is like that?

I think it is in line with european regulations. I don't use the global version and mine does not announce but those who use global versions have that issue.

Why the likes of Samsung and Iphone that are widely used in Europe don't do that?

Let me ask a harmless question

Between Transsion and Xiaomi, which Franchise started manufacturing mobile phones first?

Moral of the story, honesty will get you to the top.

How do you expect to get to the top if you sell Helio p35 for 95k or Helio G95 for 228k same price as a high-end flagship device?

Xiaomi made me realized I made a serious mistake, I invested over 200k on Transsion device's before my eyes were opened.

I use same, it does as you said. Although normally if its business call, I inform the person earlier before I start recording.

Hahahaha, me I hardly record any call, but sometimes my cheek mistakenly press the button and once the other person hears it, I feel embarrassed.

But the they shortchange the African market unlike the Asian market

Just take a look at just released Infinix smart 5

They made a old 28nm UNISOC Spreadtrum chipset device for the African market

And a 12nm Helio G25 recent chipset for the Asian market

Guess what?

Going by Dollar exchange rate, both are same price
