When sending the mail, make sure you also include all your details as regards your application cos they will need that to make them have a smooth communication with IRCC..

If you get a response from your MP, be rest assured a decision on your application would be soon afterwards...

We have seen several applicants here bombarding the several IRCC offices with messages through emails and Webforms, some even go the extra mile by sending a mail to the MP of their province.. And they still got approved of their Visas..

Canadians are not like Nigerians that get disturbed by constant calls or messages, its only in Nigeria here that even the slightest thing get us angry, the whites are not like that..

So go ahead and send them messages and through emails and also webforms, your application far more than the processing time, NOVEMBER 2020 is actually a long time..

SO FAR YOU MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF IRCC STUDY PERMIT VISA, YOU WILL BE APPROVED EVEN THOUGH YOU SEND THEM 1000 MAILS IN A DAY.. SENDING THEM MAILS ISNT A REASON FOR THEM REFUSING ANY APPLICANT.

I agreed to go through the NSE route and submitted my proof of fund and ILETS.

From December last year till date I do not have any update from embassy.

I ordered my GCMS note Medicals , criminality and Info sharing are all passed. However, my eligibility is blank.

I have told my agent I would like to send a reminder mail to the embassy but she’s advising against it saying it might lead to rejection.

Please assist me with your advice.

Sending a mail to MP doesn't guarantee a quick decision because I sent a mail to the MP of Kamloops they will only enquire about the status of your application and tell you to wait.

Yes, your application can be touched and you wouldn't get any update. There is no Application those guys doesn't touch from time to time. Each Application is queued in a way that they always touch it when it's time come.

For the Pay slips, he can ask of his pay slips from the respective authorities, either from he account office or office of Human resource... And if he cant still get it, he can print out SOA for his salary account showing the consistent and regular monthly payment of his salary..

For his farming business which isn't registered, it should not be too much of a problem even though CAC documents of all business/Companies are required, but since he has all the documents you mentioned that is related to his Business, you can as well submit them.. There is no harm in doing that, the only problem is when you try to submit fake business documents for his business, but since the company isn't registered, you can go ahead and submit those documents..

Canada is interested to know that the sponsor is really capable of sponsoring you conveniently throughout your stay in Canada..

As we know there are many MPS or few MPs attached to every province.. Some will give your application urgent attention while some won't.. That is why it is advised as an applicant you understudy the MP that gives urgent attention to applicants complains, don't just send ur complains to any just MP..

In my 4 years on this thread, I can say applicants whose applications are way over the processing time that sent mails to an MP get quick response than those that don't send...

Even in this Part 19 we know of some applicants that got their final decisions of their application after sending their provincial MPs mails..

Just got a mail from the IRCC Lagos office stating that they have uploaded my MBS to my file. But this MBS was sent on July 2nd, but just got the mail today. Does it mean they just uploaded it to my file?

When my GCMS came in, in the correspondence, I saw it noted there as incoming mail. so I don't understand today's mail stating they have uploaded the MBS to my file.

Somebody elaborate more on this or I'm thinking too much. lol

For the bolded, if his business account have more than the required amount for your stay in Canada, then that should be enough..

But make sure you submit his other official documents I mentioned in my previous response to your previous post because you have an upper hand having a government worker as a sponsor..

Usually, it's not the day you submit a document that it's updated for review. What it means is that they have updated it in your file for review. This happens when your application is under Eligibility Review and you send a new document. Usually, they will verify it before it will be updated for review

I think you are right. MPs letter to IRCC do make them work or even take the applicant serious. After making two enquiries to IRCC using an MP, any mail I send get response within a day. There is no Webform or email I send that doesn't get reply since then. Though I have not got decision yet, they were gracious enough to report that they put my file on a Bring Forward date of 13th August.

We are unable to send enquiries on overseas application due to volume. We have asked Nairobi VAC to generally proceed with these applications.

Hopefully yours and other applications will be processed soon and we will be happy to help when you arrive in Canada should you need anything. I recommend that you get in touch with your educational institution to let them know that you have not received a response yet.

I informed my supervising Professor after the application and she said they will get back to me soon since she said I should apply for January intake and it is fully funded. Given that your file has been sent to the department, it means you have passed the general screening, it’s time for the department to make a decision with regards to admitting you, your supervisor, the amount of funding and any other factors or benefits. Now, to secure admission, a Professor must accept to supervise you, hopefully, the supervisor you emailed Fights for your acceptance.

Also, please read and digest all the information here on study permit, so once you are admitted you can apply immediately without delay. IRCC takes a long time to process visa these days and if you can, please go through NSE and submit everything upfront.

And No I’m not in Canada yet, traveling in a few days.

Don't know now. Did mine in May, and it was processed within 5working days. Can't remember the actual days it took. What made mine last that long was, the day I filled the form A, I calculated the exchange rate( for that day) with the banker and sent in the exact amount with a little more. But then nothing was happening and immediately I added more cash, I was debited within an hr. I used StanbicbIBTC

I also made a research on this last week when I was meant to receive my second dose. It is even better to receive 1 dose of astrazeneca and moderna than two doses of astrazeneca. The only problem will be whether Canada accepts it has fully vaccinated.

Some MP’s have stopped making enquiries on behalf of applicants due to volume.
There was a time Jack Harris’ office helped me to inquire about my application around mid June.
I guessed his office has stopped doing so.

You can reach out to other MP’s maybe you’ll get a positive response
