giselle237: Oh my baby is doing great, she is 4 months old now.… my mum left since july. She stayed for 4 months, although in her application she stated she would stay for 2 months. She stayed for 4 months because my baby was very colicky. I hope it won’t affect any future application. Anyways everything went very fine. It was a beautiful stay. 2 Likes |

Hi guys, am in the process of applying for visit visa for my wife and kids. Tho, she is unemployed and she stays at home to take care of the kids: 1. The money i send to her account should I categorise it as income or allowance ? Tho, its for buying foodstuff and feeding. 2. My dad sent some money to her account, should I categorise it also as allowance. 3. On 3 different occasion my company transfered 75k,4k and 5k to her account for her medical bills as the spouse of the director of the company. Should I get a letter from the company to explain this ? 4. Does she need to list the transactions in her account and explain in a cover letter ? Please I need response to this. |

owenjegede:Anyhow u want to present the story, just know in the application you would need to state somthin as income, monthly spendings and disposable income. There is also a section for stating if you receive allowances et al from family members. Do as much as u can as long as it us her own financial story. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by giselle237: 1:56pm On Aug 09, 2021 |
gaskinachi:hi. Omg. Her monthly income is the total of all that comes in annually and then divided by 12 as she has various sources of income. 4 refusals. Omo Can you send a letter of reconsideration, it will be reviewed again. In that letter take extreme time and explain all her financials, it is quite lengthy and cud get confusing from what i am seeing here. Let this be revisited. If u let this one slide, that is 4 refusals on her back. It will be easier for a cow to pass through the eye of a needle than for her to get it at the 5th try. Do it now Send to public.enquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk and complaints@homeoffice.gov.uk The ECO just hurriedly looked at ur application bcus of your previous 3 denials. If I may ask, what were the reasons for the others?? 1 Like |

awumen:Hi again. She should actually use the funds as normal since it is upkeep and he is the benefactor. If she just leaves the amount there,it looks like a lodgement i.e Borrowing money for visa purposes. The bottom line is that it should be funded. I suggested six as in one of your previous post you had said she is unemployed now not using her accounts again so she now needs to build credibility.when you decide to reapply is your choice however, what’s the point rushing only to get rejected because the funds are not established enough. I ask again is this the sole reason for her rejection?. |

Thank you so much sir. What about question 3 and 4. How best can I go about it ? Is it advisable I send the money for her and the kids travelling expenses to her account and back it up with a sponsorship letter ? giselle237: |

A giselle237: There was a considerable length of time between the applications ,and we actually just plan to tour only.we will have tried elsewhere like the US but interview dates aren’t available and this whole process is just frustrating.considering that she used the same acct they keep complaining about for her lil bro when she was his sponsor and he was granted a visa to the Uk.

Honestly this is all too painful. Try the reconsideration route as long as she presented all documents to show the source of the funds. All her past refusals still funds and finances matter. If truly she presented all the needed information for this case, pls do what i said above. She needs to try Keep the hope alive. gaskinachi: |

Good morning all, I’ll like to apply for a UK visit visa, I want to include that my employer will be sponsoring as I don’t have enough money to sponsor myself. Please what documents will I be needing? |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by giselle237: 9:05am On Aug 10, 2021 |
ammierie:Question u need to answer with documents and proof- Why will your employer be sponsoring your trip? U need to find a tangible reason. Will you be able to get a sponsorship letter from ur employer and can your employer be easily found when googled? Can they be reached and when reached be able to give accurate information as to why they are sponsoring your visa and what it will do for the company as a whole? |

giselle237: Thank you Giselle for your response. I’m actually just going for a visit. But since I can’t afford it, I thought about going through the employer route stating that I’m going for a course. The company will help me with documents needed from them. |

gaskinachi: Take a break from UK. The refusals are too much and there are so many things I personally see wrong with her application and she has kept repeating the same mistakes. First is stating that she makes additional income of about N8m without any concrete proof of the income. These Agri businesses aren’t even recognized by the UK. Any need to state these incomes? Can’t you get another account where those monies should go into (which you don’t have to declare to the UK) instead of the funds going into your salary account.. you earn enough to be granted a visa but the other explanations are unnecessary complications. Focus on your salary. Writing only on the application webpage isn’t enough for you, you need to write a cover letter, tabulate the issues in your previous refusal and explain each of them in their seperate sections of the table. Attach your offer letter that shows the breakdown of your remuneration, inclusive of your car and housing allowances so that if you have to explain in your application, you have a backup. I don’t even think highlighting those parts in your application is necessary.. you should have applied in the month where those are not showing. How do you receive over 600k and spend more than 500k monthly leaving a tiny disposable income? If you were spending say 300k and having a disposable income of more than 300k it makes more sense seeing that at a budget of 800k for your vacation, you’ll be spending just about 2 times your disposable income. It doesn’t even make sense that you are enjoying life at N500k monthly spend in Nigeria only to plan to go and manage N800k on a vacation. Check am na! Leave your salary account alone to be just your salary. Do other transactions in other accounts which you do not have to submit. Infact leave UK for now. Travel to South Africa, Zanzibar, Maldives, anywhere else. Let them know you like to vacation and it mustn’t necessarily be in their country. You’re making it even look like you have plans.. 4 times back to back. I have forgotten the other things I want to type but I hope this helps. 7 Likes |

I completely agree. This was just rushed. And it was largely due to her immigration history. This needs to be appealed. I would suggest you get help with the appeal from a CERTIFIED, VERIFIED and TRUSTED immigration expert to ensure you put forward a rock solid argument. Consider it an investment. giselle237: |

Please, is it advisable to make Hotel booking/reservation for 9 nights for a 10 days vacation or 13 nights for a 14 days vacation considering quarantine things? Please I'm yet to make my application and travelling date will be around ending of November of first week of December. Also, considering my budget, salary is 365k, expenses is 80k every month, want to use 570k for the travel as disposable income from salary is 285k. Your response will be very helpful. Thanks |
