Cos I had emailed the MP of my school and the assistant responded in less than 10 mins asking for my details which I shared with him, he responded 20mins later telling me that he has sent an inquiry to IRCC and if I don’t get an email from him in 2days I should follow up. The next day I got my PPR, two days after I got a response from him saying that My study permit was approved since June 25th but I got PPR on July 16th. I think the email from the MP reminded IRCC to issue my PPR.

The responses I was getting were APPLICATION STILL UNDER REVIEW. To God be the glory, I just received my PPR today, infact this morning. It will surely end in praise for all of US

Medical passed: 23rd July, 2021
BVL: 7th August, 2021
PPR: 9th August, 2021

Hello bro I did as you instructed, I contacted the customer care yesterday, and the representative told me she would send an email to my Branch regarding the issue, she asked me to call back today by 2 so she can give me a feedback, actually I was unable to call back, I went to the branch I Initiated the transaction and a lady who I believe is the manager asked me if I called their customer care line, I said yes and she told me my transaction hasn't been touched , it's still under processing and she can't say when it will be processed but she hopes this week. I sat in her office for a few minutes and pleaded with her to help me out and she said she has done her part that it's left for the head branch to process. Now few minutes ago just finished speaking with another customer care representative, and he said that he's gonna send my branch an email and they'll get back to me . And he said since I haven't been debited or the transaction hasn't been touched it means the problem is still within my branch. So what do I do now please?

Send a complaint to their customer care quoting the branch and inform them that you will escalate to CBN complaint unit.

So my own little update.

I just got debited by Access bank for the tuition fee deposit i initiated last week tuesday. I hope the money gets to Flywire soonest so as to send it to the school. Na Admission Letter we dey wait for now.

Someone I know wants to stay with a family relative for the 14 days quarantine period. The person has no kids, no pregnant woman, elderly people and sick people in the house but we want to double check if there is a document to submit that will prove that the place is suitable for quarantine.

She doesn't want to use Airbnb and she isn't fully vaccinated.

You have to get your application details one way or the other. Doesn't it seem shady to you that someone that you paid for his services is denying you a right to see the progress of the work you paid for?...If it's to go baracks carry solider, let it be done. If you're looking for other ways to link or access your application status I'm really unsure on how that can be done.

Thanks for your input, yes I know they sell milk in Canada. Am actually not bothered about the brands (Nigerian or not), am asking these questions solely because of the 14-days quarantine as one won't be allowed to go outside to buy anything during the isolation period.

Hi Burga,

Someone on this thread can't remember his moniker guided me on this same issue when I tried to help a friend gain control of his application, which I successfully did. I was furious about how they handled this guys' application. I think it is important we have this agreement with agents on the need to have control over the GC key account if there is any need to engage an agent.

I am happy to guide you on what to do. Follow the below steps:

1. Click on this link https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account.html, go to option 1 and register as a new user on the "Don't have an account" tab.

2, Create all the Security questions and answer that the system would prompt you.

3, Once you are done creating your account, you would see in blueprint a link reading "Add (link) your application to your account". Please click it.

4, Refer to the screenshot below. You will see different selections to choose from ( the screenshot will guide you) :

* Under Category, select temporary residence
* Under Subcategory, select study permit and extension
* Under Application details, select family name, given name and date of birth ( Being you might not know your application number and UCI due to the denial by your agent, but if you know these numbers, select application number and UCI)
* Under Applicants Personal information, select passport then enter your passport details
* Under Information about applicant's study in Canada, enter details as on your admission letter, which was declared in your application and your DLI number.
* Once this is entered and you review all details, click search for my application. It will open a new page.
* This new page will ask you to fill out a form to disassociate yourself from your agent. Fill this form to the best of your knowledge and attach and continue, then you should have your account linked.

NB: Once you enter all details correctly and it gives you an error message, and you try this twice, please wait for another 24 hours before trying again because the system allows one to try to link only 5 attempts, after which it would lock you out . Please wait for another 24 hours to try again should in case it gives an error when you click "Search for my application"

Please what's the format of the mail you sent to them

It is advisable for you to book upfront medical and upload the form to IRCC.
