Ephesians 5:22-33

Wives, submit to your husbands as to the Lord. For a husband has authority over his wife just as Christ has authority over the church; and Christ is himself the Saviour of the church, his body. And so wives must submit completely to their husbands just as the church submits itself to Christ.

The New Covenant Law, Jesus Christ, declared that He alone is Head & Master over each person who belongs to Him. And He also condemned the serving of two masters. - Matthew 23 vs 7 - 10

What is written in Ephesians obviously goes against Jesus Christ, God's New Covenant Law, when it suggests that women are to submit/worship their husbands proclaiming that husbands are heads, this again against Jesus Christ's own decree, over their wives. undecided

So when a husband and his wife obey what is written in Ephesians, they actually do so against Jesus Christ and so are not of Him. undecided

Feminism has produced terrible outcomes, the Google definitions don't match reality, to complicate matters, it doesn't fit the African context/ framework, it's like trying to replicate China's manufacturing zest in Nigeria without electricity.

It won't work, y'all females are just going to end up lonely and broken, plus you want patriachal benefits to stay the same whilst aligning to feminism.

God created man and woman, and for the sake of order, He gave the leadership to the man.

Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the Law. But, submission in marriage isn't a curse, but a demand that ensures order in a family.

It was Paul who preached that Christ redeemed us from the curse. It was the same Paul who preached that in Christ Jesus, there's neither Jew nor Greek, Slave or Master, Male or Female, for we are all one in Christ Jesus. The same Paul preached that women should submit to their husbands in all things (Eph. 5:22-23).
