I don't think they should be leadership in marriage. The bible said man and woman shall come together and become one. He didn't say one should lead the other. There's no leadership in marriage as far as I'm concerned.

The Scripture has explained things to you. In Christ, there are no males, females, Jews or gentiles. We are all one, not having any gender, talkless of one gender being the head of another gender. But in Marriage, the man is the head of the woman.
How is the Bible proclaiming the man the head of the woman in a marriage against Jesus's decree?

Not everyone will get married. So, if a woman doesn't accept the fact the the man is her head when she gets married, no need to get married.
