The military invasion might not be necessary, because the law abiding people of South East will take matter into their hands.
With what happened today, Ipob will lose the support and love from the people very soon
With what happen today. A military operation in the east is inevitable. Igbos has loose support. If they declare another forceful sit at home. Then expect a military action.

Re: Biafra Is Almost Here by Nobody: 10:09pm On Aug 09, 2021
Mumu no good. I pity udele ndi Fulani and his many monickers. You think Igbo people are not wise? They don't know that Fulanis are killing in the north and want to start it in the South, and who to trust? So they should trust online bandits? God is so wonderful. The more they want to set Igbos up the more God opens the gates of hell in the North. I pity the innocent people slaughtered daily by your darling killers.

When the consequences come, both the supporters and non supporters will be shocked.

Only in Nigeria that people fear government and do government bidding rather than government doing people's bidding.

People are speaking in one voice (equivocally) and one Udele (Vulture) want them gagged. Is government not for the people or where do they draw their legitimacy from? +

The OP made some good points.

But many of these IPOB folk are beyond reason and logic. You might as well be relating to a piece of stone.

Intimidation and destroying peoples business is one voice?

Intimidation and destroying peoples business is one voice?

For benefit of doubt sake, are you able to isolate extreme cases and put the action of Igbos in perspective?

That said, those who voice out for self determination vs those who don't... Whose voices are louder here?

Is referendum too hard to conduct to determine this rather than your stance against theirs?

If those who want are louder, there would be no need for threats.

But what is coming will be louder.

"what is coming......" What other threat can be more grievous than this?

Is there no issue here to be addressed? You accuse a set of people for using threat, while you are also engrossed in the use of greater threat.... Are you purged of the same accusations you direct at others?

Its not a threat. When you throw a heavy metal up, and someome says it will come down, is that a threat?

You have to expect it.

It will clear from your eyes soon. We are tired of useless one Nigeria.
You are very myopic and infantile in your reasoning that it is almost pitiable.
You are touting side comments from the same UN that has stood by many times and watched as many people killed themselves in different regions of the world.
What is the difference between Boko Haram and IPOB? You think that Boko Haram doesn't want secession? And has UN called for referendum for them?
I am 100 % sure you'd later regret this.

I can see you are keeping a blind eye to the real issues:

>>>>Different cut-off marks for gaining admission into unity schools for different states. ?

>>>>Killing peaceful flag bearing protesters while giving deadly killer herdsmen and boko boys a presidential treatment. ?

>>>>Divisive presidential statements that excludes certain regions as inconsequential. ?

>>>>A state where power belongs to a sect as a birth right while servitude and repression is birthright to others not from privileged sect. ?

>>>>A state where shedding of innocent blood means nothing but number (statics) ?

>>>A state where citizen provides everything to himself and still bears the brunt of bad leadership??

>>>>Where federal government project is alien to certain parts while their resources are harnessed for all?

>>>>A situation where you are subjugated everywhere you go and exploited for doing Legitimate business just for the offense of being from certain parts of the country ?

>>>>A state where you pay your taxes appropriately and surrender your sovereignty but government openly tells you not to expect anything (employment, good governance, social welfare, social amenities, security etc).

>>>>A place where the will of people and their electoral voices are silenced in the courtroom and there is nothing they can do about it.?

>>>>>A place where perceived leaders speak for themselves, serve their selfish interests first and not for the people they represent?

..... The list is endless....

I strongly believe that you are right in your analogy. A state/country where all these pieces of iron are thrown up cannot expect them not to fall down as a natural law.

Who told you that boko haram want secession? Always verify your source.
Boko haram simply wants a core Muslim practicing states in Nigeria and not a country on their own. Ipob want a referendum which is a state towards secession. Is referendum a crime? Must everyone be one Nigeria?

What business have you tried to start in the east and federal government told you, you cant do it because you are Igbo?

Where have u tried to travel to in Nigeria, and government told you that you can't because you are igbo.

That is what kanu keeps feeding the failures in igboland. Ok, was it also the government of Nigeria that stopped kanu from achieving anything abroad at the age of 54? If not for this IPOB business that started paying him, what did he achieve abraod?

I doubt your balanced sense of judgement.

Re: Biafra Is Almost Here by OyigboUpdate: 10:51am On Aug 13, 2021
udele1:
Most of Kanu's follwers are so excited about the Biafra that kanu promised them.

Even those who did not go to school or learnt any skills, believe that their lives will automatically get better in Biafra.

Unfortunately the Biafra that is coming is not the type kanu promised. Its the type our parents who experienced the war told us.

WHAT IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN IN IGBOLAND.

We all saw how kanu was always insulting buhari online, claiming the person ruling Nigeria was jubril. That buhari died and was buried in saudi arabia.

All the while, the Buhari administration ignored him and patiently waited for his followers to pick up arms against the state. As soon as that happened, Uche Mefor step aside, because he knew the implications.

A bounty was placed on kanu, and in less than a month, kanu was brought to Nigeria. The international community have heard kanu's threats and broadcasts. Promising to destroy Nigeria, encouraging the killing of police and army people.

With all the evidence available against kanu, the international community have washed their hands off kanu, and will let Nigeria have their pound of flesh.

The fire that kanu started in the east, which he thought he had the power to put off, has burnt beyond his control. He is not even in a position to put it off, as IPOB has been hijacked.

He sent a message asking them to stop the sit at home, because any damage caused is done in the name of IPOB. And he is the leader and owner of IPOB. So their actions are adding to his charges.

Now Buhari has left IPOB to be declaring holiday, forcing Igbo's to sit at home and destroying property.

They are bragging online and the video's of they acts are being gathered as evidence. He is also giving the governors and leaders of the SE to put an end to this .

The next step will be a full scale military invasion of the south East. There will be no arrests, as soon as you are pointed as an IPOB member, you are shot on sight.

The markets might be bombed as those traders who normally close their shops for sit at home will be targeted.

While this is going on, the army invaders will not listen to the governors, because their order is from above.

Igbo youths will be killed mercilessly, shops destroyed and looted.

The world will turn the other way as bloody pictures of igbo massacre floods the internet. They will say igbos brought this upon themselves.

Igbo's will continue to battle the effects of this invasion and 2023 election will be held.

The SE will be drastically degraded politically and economically. Igbos will plead with the government to give them time to personally flush out IPOB out of igboland, rather than destroy igboland completely.

It is still early for igbo leaders and all lovers of igboland to eliminate this cancer now, before it spreads.

This Biafra they want to actualize, is not in the favor of Igbos.

A word is enough for the wise.

This one is too far. I posted a thread u need to see.
