I think you can try it. A lot of people switched from Lagos to Abuja without paying another mrv fee, Now I don't know if being denied a visa in the past is a factor. But if you can still see the reschedule button on your portal, then I suggest that you give it a try. You can try to find out the current available dates in Abuja. it might be around December/January as well so you may not have anything to lose..

haaa, thats like 2 weeks time; apply to abuja, pay for your sevis, apply for emergency, but the emergency date may be in September, which means you may need to request for an extension or defer till January.

But try to run all these processes Tommorrow, i did mine within 2days, sevis confirmation came the same day

Good morning all. Please kindly give the best advise.
I filled my DS-160 form without submitting because I have deferred my admission till January 2022 since there was no date to reapply for Fall 2021. I have been waiting for my updated I-20 to update my DS-160 but now it is over 30 days I filled the DS160 form. I cannot retrieve the form anymore for update and I have used the DS 160 Reference number to pick interview date in December 2021. What can I do without making payment for another VISA FEE? Is there anyway I can fill new DS-160 and LINK it with the initial one?
Please advise.

Like mine, it takes five working days for my transcript to reach WES and within two working day, WES send it back to my school for verification. And I followed it up. I have to find the person in charge of receiving school mail, in register's office. I called her and tell her, that, there is a mail from WES and I give money to her, in other to fast track it. I paired money on each table and also to the person that is monitoring it. So, WES will tell you, if they have received your transcript and also when they sent for school verification.

For someone who has about 26k scholarship from school, then a sister and a friend are sponsoring the remaining $24k ($19 and $5k respectively). When filling DS-160, at the sponsor section, is it possible to reflect the two people (sister and friend)? Because I just filled in sister (other person).
Pls help to clarify, I have read some people share having more than one sponsor aside sch scholarship.

I don't quite remember what the form looks like but it's advisable you fill what's stated on your I-20. If your I-20 states family, fill sister. if it's friends and family and there is an option on the Ds-160 for you to fill both of them then fill both.

Your institution will have to send it directly to WES because after your institution sent it to WES, WES will send it back to the institution to verify if the transcript originated from them or not before they start the evaluation proper.

I did not notice if DS-160 has option for both. And I can't remember now. I've filled and submitted since early July. I only keyed in sister.
