A lot of people got the job on merit bro. Yes it is true some will receive their appointment letter via backdoor, but majority will be on merit.

They select more candidates with O level result than the candidates with degree.

Just ask the people celebrating about the cadre they applied. You will realize that most of the unsuccessful candidates are degree holders. They usually select few degree holders, then the majority will be O level, NCE and Diploma.

I know someone who we finished university together back then2013 now 32yrs
He has been applying for paramilitary (frsc,prison,nscdc,immgratn,..etc)with bsc

since but didn't get the job but today he got shortlisted despite his age above d required 30yrs tho he was 30 on dot when he applied 2019@ d beginin of dis recuitment ...

now but he used ssce and this is d first time he used ssce ...he said he just want to give it a try.

Boom his documentation date is August

My advice to people working somewhere that got shortlisted and to everyone doing something tangible currently..

Never you re-sign! Never you re-sign until you get invitation for training and have ur appointment letter at hand/Enrolled in IPPIS!

You might not have heard this before but as someone in the system and I am not wishing anyone to be among, but some shortlisted for this documentation might not be invited for training and some not shortlisted would be invited for training (those with long legs), So keep praying and also keep following up ur connection until you get your appointment letter!

I have no source but I am currently in the system though not immigration but d sister agency
