RedEnergy: To the hungered; even a poison will look sumptuous. To someone who is still struggling to make an headway financially in his career path, that amount will be his motivation but to a player of Messi's stature... no, no, no. Now he's off to PSG and he will worshipped like a king. Go and check his team player... Neymar, Mbappe and the likes. That is what we call WORLD CLASS. Eagles don't scavenge like a chicken or vulture. Again, it will be an insult for Messi after his glorious day in Barca to end it Qatar... |

sonsomegrigbo: i would describe Nigeria as:" more money, ABSOLUTE no sense!" okoolori:i dont know what $1Billie is , but i wrote "$1 Bill" meaning 1 Billion dollars... lay of the pipe bro. Techguy96: thats completely different as the people who buy pets do so because (like any other pet) theses animals are cute as cubs... its an exotic animal and you spend money to feed it, care for it etc...now spending $1B on a star player for a team that is playing for a rubbish league, with rubbish players, is the joke of the century. Messi will dribble through the whole attack AND defense to score 100 goals per match.lol! OChimex: Temptee101: pls do enlighten us all my brotha, what would you call an arab billionaire who buys Messi for $1B, to play in a shitty league, with shitty players, in a shitty country..... just to dribble pass everyone to score 100 goals per match?!?!? Temptee101: you are the one who doesnt know about the Biz of football.... as much as they will get some money back from that, i can assure you that it wouldnt remotely surpass $300M (and i am very very generous). think about it for a minute, even their stadium is garbage (aka 12k seat).... now instead of building a better/bigger stadium, these fools wanna bring messi to play in some shitty stradium with a capacity of 12k, lol! even my local stadium can seat more people, and they arent even in the top of the league. Legalese: you mean the same Juve that is in more debts now than when CR7 arrived? you mean the same Juve that used all the money they received from CR7 signing, to PAY for CR7 outrageous salary? you really believe that Messi could sell 100M of shirt sell playing for a shitty unknown team? jimyjames: RedEnergy: as much as you make a lot of sense, remember, i wasnt talking about Messi winning anything.... he has already won everything there is to win at club level, winning a worthless cup makes no much sense to the man.... but i see how this could be another Beckham move to US soccer league, but we are talking of two different things here...on one hand you have the US where soccer was little known to the locals and now has exploded in that country of 300M people , thanks to that...and on the other hand, you have an unknown league in an unknown country of 2.3M people who are trying to create a cheap buzz for the next world cup in their country.. |

MrBrownJay1: All you said is absolutely wrong. You have never left the shores of Nigeria, so you talk ignorantly. You know nothing about football and investment. Such Investments attracts tourism. You know nothing about Economics, Investments, aggregates, and its trickle down effects. Arabs are 1 million times smarter, more intelligent, wiser, and have better countries, very beautiful than shitty African countries. They use their oil money more wisely than useless oil producing African countries. They have almost the best infrastructures than all your useless African countries. Most of their monies are far valuable than any useless African currencies. So what makes them stupid since they are far better than you Africans? Their airlines are one of the best. Try enter Qatar Airways one day, you go bow. Qatar is just one of the Arab nations. Qatar alone with a population of about 2.8million has GDP of over 175 Billion, so GDP per capita is like 62,500. What is means is one person contributes more than 62k to the economy, but your useless Nigeria wey get over 200million people has 500b GDP, meaning their GDP per capita is like 2.5k. They use their money wisely far better than your useless African countries. They invest in their economy, things that will attract tourism. Because of this, They are one of the most visited regions in the world. People troop into Arab world to spend holidays and see these beautiful cities because of such investments you called stupid. Qatar alone has an average of over 2 million tourists each year. Now do your maths, how much they will make from visa, airlines, hotels, restaurants, taxes, taxis, gate fees, etc. A tourist spends not less than 2k dollars, at least in any trip in Qatar economy. Do your maths and see what investments like brings them Here in your useless country one man steals 100 times more than that, and give you senseless lazy thinking youth 1k and that's what you think is wisdom. You will never see a Qatari indigenes that are poor. Never. You guys are just jokes. You called them money without sense yet you dey troop go their world yearly for mecca. Ask person wey don go mecca to tell you how beautiful their cities are. It takes only wise people to build such beautiful countries with very or no poor people and beautiful economy. |

OChimex: stop writing rubbish online, i you dont know who i am then just ask instead of writing rubbish...i am French, and compare to France, Qatar is a rubbish land filled with billionaires with little sense. i have travelled the world more times that i can remember, and i can assure you, you can bring even cr7 AND Messi to Qatar, it will still remain the garbage place that this country is. if you actually think that bringing messi to Qatar will turn that dump into the new Dubai, you best think again. You know nothing about Economics, Investments, aggregates, and its trickle down effects. it still doesnt change the fact that its a dump... and apart from dumb arabs trying to turn their dump countries into the next Dubai, nobody goes there... you can put as much perfume you want on shiiit, it will still be shiit. thats what these places are...its WAY too hot there and technically its just the desert with a few AC places in between. who are we kidding? now if you actually believe that bringing Messi will suddenly turn this dump into the next best place in the middle east, then you best wake up fast! Most of their monies are far valuable than any useless African currencies. .. and your point is?! who cares what is the value of their currency, there are many places in this world with high currency that are shiiiit! So what makes them stupid since they are far better than you Africans? again, you seem to be butt hurt that i called these arab billionaires for what they are.....trying to bring Messi for $1B was a dumb move to try to bring some bling bling to the next Fifa WC....sadly, even Messi saw through their circus/charade and turned that farce down! 2.3m people and so much oil that they dont know what to do with their money.... stop focussing on African countries, i aint from one of them. i come from a place 100 times better than these desert dumps! you must be new on NL... They use their money wisely far better than your useless African countries. They invest in their economy, things that will attract tourism. Because of this, They are one of the most visited regions in the world. People troop into Arab world to spend holidays and see these beautiful cities because of such investments you called stupid. stop being butt hurt, these are dumb arab billionaires with more money than sense... however you wanna look at it, it aint gonna change that fact! You guys are just jokes. You called them money without sense yet you dey troop go their world yearly for mecca. Ask person wey don go mecca to tell you how beautiful their cities are. whatever muslim people want to do, thats their fukcing business...who am i to talk on what religious people, should/shouldnt do?!?!? It takes only wise people to build such beautiful countries with very or no poor people and beautiful economy. less people and oil spilling out their soil....no wonder the country is rich, now does that make arab billionaires smart?! i dont think so, as proven by the farce of trying to bring Messi to their garbage league for $1B ok 1st you wrote:" You will never see a Qatari indigenes that are poor. Never. " and then you wrote:" such beautiful countries with very or no poor people you sir are the dumbest person on NL if you actually believe that there are no poor qataris.... get you head out of your ass and start to travel the world a bit more. as much as the country is rich, there are plenty of poor/broke qataris! |

DUNKA: may the god of football be double slapped for this garbage..... now i can already see the shame if we dont win EVERYTHING. now we MUST win the UCL in 2022 , 2023 AND 2024! |

MrBrownJay1: You sound your age.. a kid that you are..... those people you call poor Qataris are migrants from sirilanka and the rest, not the real indigenes. you have no single statistics to back any of your claims just baseless assumptions. As you mature and travel wide you will understand more, kid. You claim to be French and travelled wide, but your dirty language and choice of words define who you really are and where you come from. |
