Biggy sees and hears everything in that house and if Yerins did what she's accusing him of,he would have penalised few hours later but nothing like that happened.

Since the incident happened, Maria has had diary session(s) prior to the boy's exit yesterday. If she had mentioned it to Biggie before now, he may have been forced to address it and that would have given us the opportunity to hear from Yerrins and possibly watch the actual clip.
