Fill the applicant section only, but if you have family members accompanying you (stated in your application), then you should fill other sections as applicable Bushboy009: |

Fact is, one could do everything right and still be refused. That's where judicial review is supposed to come in. but it can be expensive and sometimes long and dreadful, one might as well reapply. @RollyA whatever you do, please don't give up. You're definitely among those eligible to study in Canada. In fact, more eligible than I am. Wishing you all the best. 5 Likes |

Did you show them your source of income (N4M) The bulk fund of N6M might have did you in. Perhaps in addition to the gift deed, you got your uncle to also state he would foot the cost of your study and set aside the funds as a proof of funds unencumbered rather than just his net worth, the story would've been different. Net worth of your sponsor does not automatically translate to funds available for your studies. RollyA: |

Queen6996:Contact Anon123 for your GCMS notes or use gcmsonline.com to order. Also, Raise a Webform to IRCC Nairobi and request for Status update. Send an Email to IRCC Nairobi also. You can also reach out to an MP of the region in which your school is domiciled and ask him/her to help you get an update on your application. 2 Likes |

Honestly I know all these applications are approved by God's grace. It is not about how you package it or how your financial status is. It is not about your family ties or academic progression. This is just God and God alone. No more no less 12 Likes |

Hello all, good evening. Pls I need advise. My wife has just been issued a Study Visa and is leaving for Canada anytime soon. Next step is that I am considering applying for myself and my first daughter, who is 7yrs. Question is .. What category of Visa should we be applying for? Visitor or Open Work permit. Though the intention is for my daughter to enroll in primary school, while I will be visiting since I can’t leave my job. Appreciate any guidance or advise in this direction. Thanks 1 Like |

RollyA: This is scary. It looks like a perfect application. But still, God is still good. If you can, consider judicial review, if not just re apply and pray more. I pray your gcms note will be meaningful and portrays the mind of the VO. |

To all those that got PPR congratulations to you all ! May you excel in Canada ! To those that got rejections, take heart. Our Lord is on the throne. Order for your notes and if you see valid reasons for the refusal, re-package the application and reapply. For those that examine their notes and see no valid reason for the refusal and believe that your application was water-tight, you may consider going for a Judicial Review. The legal fees are steep but if you can afford it you could give it a shot IF you are sure that your application was solid. Sometimes the Visa Officers need applicants successful Judicial Review cases to keep them in check and curb their appetite in dishing out refusals like hot cake. It is well with us all. 2 Likes |

I shared my first refusal notes. They made the error, they referred to me as a male which I refuted in my second application. Lol, I provided salary statement using MBS, even attached payslips and promotion letter Iphiegrace: |
