Look for the 'official acknowledgement/tax invoice receipt, the tracking number is there, but if I may ask, when did you submit? Thanks
Anderlis:

Please don't be offended, but how long did it take for the visa processing? Thanks
Fwaves:
Hello guys, I got the study visa and in the process of booking my flight. In terms of accomodation, I have a friend who’s in Dublin who will allow me stay at their place till I get my own accommodation. My question is, will I be asked at the point of entry ‘where I’m going’ since I’ll need to quarantine for 14 days and put my location on the passenger locator form and also, would it be fine to mention that I’ll be staying at my friend’s place during this time. Or can anyone who has travelled during COVID times explain their ordeal.

Thanks

The tracking number is on the 'official acknowledgement/tax invoice' receipt,

Have you gotten your visa yet?
Allzcollectionz:
Same with me, it kept saying no record found.
Someone should guide in how to track.

I used that reference number on the VFS booking slip IREXXXX...

Re: GENERAL Irish (student)visa & Work Permit-New THREAD*** by Allzcollectionz: 6:09pm On Aug 11, 2021
If you're not vaccinated and coming from a non designated country like Nigeria, you have to observe self quarantine, which you can leave after the fifth day if result is negative.

Please do the needful and check the link sent already

Fwaves:

Thanks for your reply. So a situation where I haven’t been vaccinated and would need to quarantine for 14 days, and as regards my previous question on staying at a friend’s when I arrive, will it be fine to put my friend’s address on the passenger locator form and if I’m asked, would it be alright to mention that I’ll be staying at a friend’s.

Is it wise to tell a visa officer you are doing your nysc? What is the best thing to reply in this case? Is urgent.

Okay I needed to know if it is advisable to tell VO that I'm currently doing my nysc because I demanded my original documents from them sometime last month for my nysc but I didn't give reason for demanding it, so they were about making decision on my application so they emailed me to know why I demanded for the documents that time. That's why I had to ask for suggestions from you but I later gave them an explanation which is not about nysc. They have made the decision today they will be sending the documents via courier. I'm hoping for positive response.

I think it's best to put the address of where you will be staying. No need to mention that it's a friend's. It might get too complicated and the IO will start to talk plenty

While sending in your appeal, you were supposed to pay for return shipping to UPS or whichever service you used. Did you do that?

If you are looking at ending of this year the only school that has a flexible intake period is Dublin business school. They have intakes for January, February, March, April and September and you can apply for Masters in Marketing or digital marketing or mba marketing like I did since you’ve a lot of work experience. If you don’t mind resuming next year September then there are lots of schools you can attend that are affordable.

I checked out the DBS site and Master's in Marketing or digital marketing and their next intake is September. September is kinda far ooo, lol. Can you give me a list of other schools, like affordable ones. What do you think of Belgium?
