Maybe calling Henry's actions stupid was a bit harsh but Onyekuru should have done research on the club he is joining and modify his behavior accordingly.

First impressions matter a lot. To you and me dyeing your hair color is no big deal but to Olympiacos fans it might be more serious. Remember how Man U fans some seasons back gave Pogba grief for changing his hair color blue before a derby game against Man City so it's not unheard off. Henry should just make sure his football does the talking for him positively.

Henry Onyekuru is a very confident player with some flamboyancy to go with. What can I say , he basically telling y'all who care that he is here and you better acknowledge him because he will shine ! Okocha was like that, too.

Are you trying to compare Onyekuru to Okocha? Besides what the guy said is right I remembered when Everton fans wanted to kill Iwobi for wearing a red Christmas hoodie

Nigeria has dropped 7 places to 34th in the new FIFA ranking
What position are we on the continent?

We're now 5th in Africa and I am hearing that homebased Eagles are scheduled for another tournament in October at Baltimore Maryland. Unfortunately, I am anticipating another embarrassing performance which can subsequently reduce our ranking again. By the time pinnick is done with his hokebase experiment, SE might be ranked lower than 5th in Africa and we can expect a marquee match up vs Senegal, Algeria (I hope not) in the last round of the world cup.

What are you even saying The Nff are on the right track, those games will be a win win for both the home based and our local league,

Especially when Chan started, which can help increase our ranking back, so chillax

But Rohr as the FIFA official spokesman said the Mexico game won't count. They don't realize that FIFA does not care who plays, as long as they're super eagles.

By the time Pinnick and his Homebased are done with us. We will be happy to be in the top 50 grin

Leave them na.... BTW, WHERE SUPERNERD NA??

They're playing senior teams of those top African nations exactly what transpired against mexico. The chan team is weak and that affects the ranking of our SE eagles when they fail

The NFF is always right to you

Bro better they organise the home based teams and play them against local sides or fellow west africa or central africa countries....what's the essence of playing america or European teams for friendlies when preparing for CHAN qualification and tourney where you get play fellow africa teams

The NFF is getting this wrong in all honesty

It is disheartening. I think the country is cursed
The man who owned royal niger company Mr. Goldshire that sold nigeria to the british government laid a curse on anyone who dare associate or mention his name with Nigeria and refuse name the country after him instead his long time admirer Flora Shaw named the country a woman that never slept with lugard all their lives they were ceremonial couples.

Those were the folks that gives birth to Nigeri a and you wonder why the country is a catastrophe

Tunisia 2nd
Algeria 3rd
Morocco 4th
And Egypt right underneath us on 6th
We may be having all top 4 North African representing Africa next year maybe with just one West African team (Nig/Sen/Ghana/CMR) any of the above

The EPL starts tomorrow.

The Bundesliga starts tomorrow.

The Eredivisie and La Liga Smartbank start tomorrow too.

Next weekend after this will see the kick off of Serie A Football.

Excitement returns. Last weekend was the appetizer. Ligue 1's start and then the Community Shield.
But this weekend, we see Football return in full force....

Get ready for another sweet long ride of action.

This is where the pulse comes in....

Simy Nwankwo to Salernitana is a done deal. Announcement to be made soon (possibly tomorrow or next).

6million euros + a 10% future sell-on clause (for Crotone).

Simy returns to the Serie A to resume from where he left off last season. wink

And congrats to Chelsea fans in the house. You finally have a "world class striker" (yet you still conquered Europe without one... amazing).

You guys look even stronger going into this 21/22 season. All the best. wink

Emmanuel Ekong (19) has been promoted to the first team of Serie A side, Empoli after impressing in their Primavera title winning season.
The Tuscan club beat Atalanta 5-3 in the Primavera final and Ekong scored twice.
He is the Son of former Nigeria Int'l, Ikpe Ekong.
He played his first senior game on Saturday in a 1-0 loss to Udinese in a preseason friendly.
After the Primavera final, Inter Milan, AC Milan and Juventus enquired about the strong and very mobile Nigeria born striker who has already turned out for Sweden U-18 National team.
#watchout for this prodigy.

Didn't this guy played as AM for under-17? I don't like the idea of converting him to RW sha. Whatever happened to helping him improve in that middle of the park position?
