PPR dropped this morning at 6a.m
I have applied for tourist visas two times before. The first one was approved, I visited once and came back to Nigeria.
The second one which I submitted since last year April is still pending till now.

I applied for study permit 12th of April, 2021.
Ghost update once.
No update whatsoever. Eligibility requirement has still not started till now.
School resumes September 7 and I was scared I wont meet up, but all glory to God, I am sharing my good news that my PPR dropped this morning.
I am 23 years old and going for Alternative Dispute Resolution in Humber College

It has been a rollercoaster but I thank God for his intervention.

Hello guys plssssss I need help, I got an update to resubmit these documents An updated admission letter, proof of funds, proof of home ties, all to be submitted within one month.

Here is my concern , I do not have an updated admission letter, the one I currently have, the school is resuming on the 7th of September which is like few days to the time ircc gave me for submission, if I try to defer my admission now letter won’t come out on time
Should I just go ahead and submit the one I have?

My second concern, the previous home ties I used were cars , lands (owned by hubby and I) ,hubby, family….now they are asking for another home ties and I don’t know what else to add to it again, we acquired another land not quite long can I add it to the previous ones.

I feel they need something strong and convincing for the home ties, If anyone can just tell me what I can use as home ties I will really appreciate.

I personally think it's not much of a problem. I'm of the idea that if you can drop these documents you'll get your PPR. Since your proof of funds is intact and you're just worried about your ties and your admission letter.
You should package the same thing you had packaged before because I don't see what else they'll want from you besides from economic and social ties.
If you're part of non-profit organization or a church member you can add that as well with proof, with the other proof of ties such as docs of lands and properties, birth certificate of your kids, Marriage certificate, your parents birth certificate, investments, siblings passports. If all these ones no reach then the VO fit don catch covid.

For the updated LOA you should mail your school and let them know it's an emergency. I think if you attach a screenshot of the VO's requirement maybe it'll compel them to give a benefiting reply and issue you another LOA asap.

If you have a sitting balance of NGN 9.5m, C$10,000 GIC, and a full year's fees receipt payment, you don't need to include a co-sponsor if you don't want to. However, any lump sum should be explained and justified. This has been the undoing for most applicants refused for "Personal Assets & Financial Status" despite meeting the necessary financial requirement.

In answering your question, if he is a sponsor or co-sponsor, the need to include his financial record is important. If he is acting only as a support to offset part of your study expenses, including his bank record becomes optional. A letter of support stating his commitment and how it will or has been offset can be highlighted in it.

God will answer you in his own perfect time. PPR is just a small part of the picture, God sees the full picture. Just stay confident that it's not a matter of if but a matter of when, we will celebrate you.

The deadline IRCC gave you for submission is called a Bring Forward date and doesn't mean,you must wait till that date before you submit. If you can get these documents that are requested tomorrow, your application will start to be processed by Monday or Tuesday next week. Do as fast as you can, so that they can completely process your application before beginning of Fall Semester.
Updated Letter Of Acceptance simply could mean they have reservations over the one you Submitted. So just advice your school to issue you updated one,if there is updated one. If there is no updated one, submit the one you have. BTW,which school is that?
