App lock is in security app>boost speed and click the settings icon.

As for the rest they have been removed on several devices especially does with low memory because of stability. It might come back in the future according to reports in future updates.

Split screen can be gotten by holding the button on the pic

or

download split screen from playstore then assign a button and uninstall the app. Then continue using the assigned button

The picture clarity depends on the quality you are streaming. On a 1080p panel you have to stream on at least 480p to enjoy good content.

Check your video resolution,at least 480p should give you a better quality..
You are most likely on 240p or 360p,it saves data but the quality is poor..
