Agreed that unregistered parcels OCASSIONALLY take a little longer than registered, so what would you say about mine being Registered Singapore Post and still on transit for 71 days? The underlying problem here is that NIPOST is shirking their responsibility.



By "discarded" you mean it was returned back to the seller or simply literarily thrown away? If that's the case, I hope AliExpress team will be smart enough to inteprete that and rule in my favour once I open a trade dispute.

I want to contact NIPOST with their email address or the phone number on their site because of the issue of our packages being discarded by IMPC workers.

My package arrived Nigeria on the 13th of July but NIPOST site only says EDI received which indicates that they are aware that such a parcel exists but the parcels magically disappear once it enters Nigeria.

And how I know its in Nigeria is because every other tracking site says so except NIPOST but what do you guys think?

I placed an order on August 2 and I got the package today (August 16). This is the fastest delivery time since I started shopping on AE.
The tracking number started with "NG" and was delivered via "Speedaf" also. Omo Market don spoil for Jumia if AE. can deliver goods from China in 2 weeks!

Those guys called me to pick up my parcel over a month ago and I didn't go thinking they were scammers.

The parcel did not reach its final destination (address on the parcel) but I was called to come to my capital city for collection which was unusual.

I learnt about speedaf today and did a Google search and saw where I could track items on their website. Tracking the parcel, it SEEMS that they have returned it, stating the same reason that I rejected the the parcel.

Please note that the seller may deliberately delay reading your message or even read it and refuse to approve your request, it is all the same fraudulent gimmick. In case of that, screenshot the message and upload it as part of your dispute complaints to AE team quoting that the seller refused your request for purchase protection extension.
