I sometimes want to believe some just write that way to appear like they are tough and may not necessarily be that mean real life.

The worst set are those that stigmatize against some health issues like the PLWHA and Cancer patients, I read these things and I just feel sad for their thought processes.

Better still, Biggie could use Saga and Nini to tell kayvee that he wasn't one they were referring to because he kept going back to the time he overhead Nini and Saga talking about a certain housemate that capped a lot however that was Sammie, not him. Kayvee even said he didn't know the name of the said housemate but he felt that he was the one whom they were referring to. And coming from his love interest (Arin did say he asked out Nini but she declined), that could have knocked him down another peg, apart from Angel declining him too.

They could make Saga, Nini and Angel talk to him. At least let Saga & Nini tell him that he wasn't the one to assuage his paranoia. He's quite paranoid. And people with such could be having nightmares. Even visible nightmares while they're awake. I think first step is to get to the root of his paranoia. Which was what he heard about him.
