Has Nigeria Gotten To This Stage? My Experience With The Police Yesterday by Axel1: 7:51am On Aug 18, 2021
Good morning Nairalanders, I created this thread to talk about my experience with the police yesterday, I was coming from Ozoro, Delta State after spending 2 weeks with my girlfriend whom is schooling at Ozoro polytechnic. On my way the police stopped our vehicle "toyoto sienna" so they searched all passengers bag including mine. When it got to my turn he searched my whole bag but found nothing, then he opened the small zip by the side of my bag and saw a black celophine, he opened it and saw some drugs comprising of Panadol extra, ibu profen, a condom, vitamin - C tablets and four Vega - 100 capsules. To my surprise he commanded me to follow him, my mind was completely relaxed because I knew I had nothing implicating in my bag. I followed him and he commanded me to enter into their motor which I did then he called two of his colleagues and told them that I'm with a hard drug, that I'm a rapist, It was then the animal in me came out, I told him that he should not use such words on me again. He now said instead I should be pleading I'm making mouth, I responded by letting them know that Vega-100 is a normal drug that is sold nationwide and it's not banned like tramadol. Then he responded that If I believe it's not harmful that I should swallow the 4 capsules and see what would happen to me, he said if I'm having problems with my manhood why didn't I go for normal roots. I was so speechless and same time furious. Then our driver came that other passengers are in a hurry that It seems he can't wait for me any longer that I should settle the police so we could all leave, he warned me that If they should carry me to their station that I would be paying a lot. He went to talk to the police and came back to me that they said I should bring 15k I pleaded and settled with 10k in which they refused to accept anything lesser than that. I was so furious because I never believed that the country has become this bad, never in my life would I ever believe that a day would come when I would settle police because I'm seen with a normal drug that's sold nationwide without any ban or restrictions on it. This is just so sad, this is my experience with the police yesterday.

Get a lawyer and Sue!
Get the cash, buy shoes
Wear the shoes for shows
But a seed you'll sow
Tell people in rows
So Injustice won't grow.

Nigeria is a horrible place to live in. If you want any semblance of respite from the Police, Abuja is your best bet.

They don’t know who is who here and respect themselves a lot. At the Eagle Square last week I told two hungry traffic wardens to follow me if they so wished.

They didn’t.

If I was you and I’m sure there is nothing implicating in my bag, I will not pay shi-shi.

Next time police got you and you sure of yourself and most importantly don’t want to pay money, do the following

1- cancel your plan for the day. It’s gannna be ah lonng wan. Delay is their tactics.

2-Don’t ever raise your voice or talk rudely to an officer, they don’t like it.

3- Be calm, don’t give them any reason to hit, slap or rough handle you. If they start, they won’t stop until you beg for negotiation.

4- try not to speak vernacular, always speak and reply in English. dem self Dey look face make dem no go beat minister pickin

5- and if them say make una Dey go station, kindly or simply follow them.

Follow them to their station, it’s either they take you to the back of the station where they conduct their illegal business or to the front of the police station to scare you. Either way it’s just to waste your time.

After a while, probably evening they’d ask you to go. Just like that? Yeah, like that. They have many clients than waste their time on a bad market.

point of correction, ozoro poly is now a university,...

Ehm back to your matter, did you try speaking English in your anger?.. If that's the case.. This is what you should have done...

"oseh, na Vega 100 o, no be hard drug,
Oseh abeg I nor hold money today ooo..,
Oseh abeg make una manage this one, slid into his palm a neat 500naira note... He will understand and ask you to go, (as a precaution, I always have 500note slided into one side of my front pocket, making sure the others are empty )

If he decides to do stronghead na to call DPO, no time to waste (so far I've not encountered one that did stronghead with this method)

Next time, be calming down. Yelling back at a Nigerian police in anger isn't something you want to do. Some of them are trigger-happy and are void of any morale, so the last thing you'd want to do is give him any more reason to harm you.

Boss viagra, Vega - 100, Cailis etc has no side effects, I have been taking them for years due to my naturally and extremely high libido. No negative side effects, I sex every blessed day e.g I was with my girl for two weeks straight and in the space of two weeks that I was with her, we had sex on all 14 day's both morning and evenings each. I returned back home yesterday and the urge returned I still sex a prostitute yesterday and maybe today as my sexual urge is so high.... I'm not suffering from erectile disfunction but just using it for a more stronger erection.

On a more serious note, if your libido is high as you claim, you do not need any medication to achieve erection or stronger erection. That’s drug abuse.

You don’t need drugs to support or complement your high libido. You are doing yourself a lot of harm sir. I don’t know how old you are but the habit will cost your dearly if you don’t stop or check it.

If you have high libido, you don’t need any medication to achieve solid hard on. Learn to discipline your mind and body. A few days of abstinence is good for you. As for patronising prostitutes, it’s a path you need to turn away from.

Quit drugs and rid yourself of potential harm to your health and mental wellbeing. Addiction isn’t a nice thing.

Thank you so very much sir for your advise, to be completely honest with you I have been battling and fighting to control my sexual urge for more than 8 years, currently I'm 27 years. I'm not suffering from erectile dysfunction of any form, I normally get solid hard erections, but I really don't know why I take Vega - 100 to accompany my erection. But I just find my self taking it always, although not every day but mostly every 2 day's sometimes 3 day's max.... The worse case scenario is that I always take Action bitters or black bullet on a daily basis, I mean every single day, yesterday alone I drank two black bullets and two action bitters, seems it's beginning to affect me already, because I figured out that I'm sometimes having uncomfortable stomach pains, not always but it normally appears and disappears. I'm really not happy with my lifestyle but I can't just seems to be able to quit. I read your advise over and over again before I responded and I would try to quit before It destroys me completely. I will try all possible best as from now henceforth.

As for abstinence, I have tried to abstain from anything sex and the max I could go within the past 8 years of my life and day to day existence was just 4 days, four days was the max I could go.
