Not even up to a billion for a president of mineral rich country like Afghan. He failed in everything! He couldn't defend his country, to loot money also turn problem for him.

This ambassor is nothing but a snitch looking for soft landing from the taliban, situation demands that he leaves the country with as many cash as posible knowing fully well that his account will be freeze.
