I almost opened one, 2years back. Precision oven is about #3m. Industrial mixer #1.3. Then the choice of van is yours

But get something straight here.
If you want to scale quickly. The mixer and oven cannot be compromised. The quality of the bread is determined by the mixing, recipe and baking temperature.

The slicer and other things can be sourced or managed.

You need to register for Nafdac, CAC etc.
