Okay... He's gradually running out of luck. First, Mohammed Yahaya in 2015 prevented the EFCC from restraining or arresting him for ₦10 billion pension fund misappropriation when he was serving as a governor. Though the same justice voided the restraint. Perhaps, something was conjured behind-the-scene and the fire-breathing EFCC denied any pending corruption case tied to Kwankwaso.
