With this mind set, any hope of making meaningful changing is lost. We can only come up with ideas to beat the system when we believe we can.

I think change can still happen, especially if we focus on making it happen at the Local level.

Very true....though Abaribe was never impeached.

Impeachment isn't in the Constitution as a tool for disqualification.

Fayose was impeached as well, went on to become Gov...same as Iyiola Omisore, went on to become Senator.

I think it should be...I think I read somewhere(not the constitution or electoral act) whereby once someone is impeached,he does not hold public office for some years just like in the case of imprisonment.there is no sense in removing someone for gross misconduct and still allowing him to hold office soon after.the nass should legalize it.

Both deaths were announced same day in the HoR....I just feel insecurity might be the issue.
