Their currency also doesn’t look the best too. A dollar converting for more than 800Francs
Nigeria money is bigger or stronger than theirs but the strength of a country economy is not determined or measured by how strong the country currency is, else Nigeria and every other countries in Africa economy wud have bin far better than a country like South Korea whose money or currency is almost rubbish yet it is among the first world and one of the best countries on earth today.

Good day guys. Trust y’all are having a great day? I booked a trip to Rwanda for my little brother n he will be leaving lagos on September 2nd. Please what are the requirements to enter Rwanda as regard PCR Tests and how easy can he move around? Are there Ubers there and good food?

-He should Book a round trip flight
-Get his PCR from Nigeria ready
-He should fill Rwanda locator form and pay for Arrival PCR test online, He may also pay for the test at the point of entry $
-He should make reservation for hotel online before arriving at Kigali, I’d suggest Onomo Hotel (Kigali).

On Onomo Hotel’s website, you can make reservations freely, But you may need to attach your Card for payment (they are not going to charge you, You will pay in cash upon Check-IN).

Yes, you can order for Nigerian food from “Best Nigerian Food in KGL”, check this thread, a lot of people has talked about them.

I just landed in Nigeria few hours ago from Kigali, I spent 23 days, I’d be glad to assist you incase of any other questions.

Oh thanks so much for your assistance. Just a question, is it a must to stay at one of the hotels on the Locator Form? I could make just a reservation for him though n not necessarily stay there? Because I already booked a cheaper hotel for him and now that I got to know about 24hrs quarantine in Kigali should I cancel the hotel? Please advice

Yes it is a must to make reservation for 24hrs Quarantine in one of the Hotels they started on the location form only.
Rwanda doesn’t treats COVID-19 with levity hands, just abide.

Every Hotel on the locator form has a Car/Bus waiting at the airport Arrival those that make reservation.

You’ve been of great help; Thanks a bunch. Wanna ask again; after PCRs from Nigeria n Rwanda, does he have to do another test before he leaves Rwanda? He’s only visiting Kigali for 7days. I saw a cheaper hotel on the locator form for $25. I hope they would be there to pick him up too.

He has to do another test 2 days before leaving Rwanda, it costs (40k RWF).
Then he should make sure he fills Nigeria locator form, even if he does not pay for the Nigeria COVID test, When he gets to Nigeria and they ask for the Nigeria Arrival COVID-19 payment proof, he should only show the filled form proofs to them and tell them that he’s not planning to travel out of Nigeria soon or that he’s going to pay for it later,
But make sure he fills the Nigeria locator form before leaving Rwanda.

Just book your flight, Do your Covid a day before, Make reservation at Onomo hotel (it is payment on check-in). They are going to pick you up from the airport.
Make sure you have enough $ to sustain your stay

Bro just forget that man, it's a waste of time replying him, he thinks we have forgotten just because he avoided replying to peoples comments here for some time. He never knew internet never forgets. What could make somebody to say he is in Germany in a platform such as this when he isn't? No one even asked him oo, so if that isn't fraud intention i wonder what it was?

Honestly it depends on individual and what you want. For instance, if your intention is to hustle, as in get a job and work for somebody, then Israel no doubt is your best bet, but if you are looking for where you will be your own boss, like establish and manage your own business, then i will advise that you head to Rwanda straight. You could rarely get a job in Rwanda as even the ones available aren't enough for the locals, but business is very great there. Again in Israel jobs are every where, the problem is if you have got enough strength to work.
