Hi guys, i have been having trouble commenting on this thread, hence my first contribution. I know the anxiety is high, the response i feel will be dropping before the end of the month and not September. Goodluck to all of us

But those guys that said the HR on their panel told them first week of August though... Na them make us they hope like this, cos truly on a norms, it should be first week in September. I think it's safe to put your mind there now.

For the anxiety and expectation, you are right but you can not point fingers at the candidates rather at the PWC panel that gave such info.

Well, this was the initial plan but plans changed and nothing is certain now. According to a source, "plans changed because of external issues and candidates will be notified in due course". Let's just keep our fingers crossed, I personally think mails will come at the end of the month.

I just hope this external factor will not affect the number of intake

I hope this issue is not the new Covid variant and it won't impact on the number of people picked Abeg

I was told they will get back to us by August even without asking them, but she wasn't specific about first week. And as a matter of fact we are still in August so anything can still happen
Re: Pwc Graduate Recruitment 2021 by MissDigit: 3:05pm On Aug 20, 2021
I hope so too and it could also be in our favour, who knows. Let's hope for the best. I think the set before COVID-19 set did their training abroad.

Una go just kill una sef with all these predictions and anticipations, you can only do 3 things:
- Hope for the best outcome.
- Focus on what you have now or other stuffs.
- Seek out other opportunities.

All these predictions and restlessness will only set us up for mental stress. Las Las e go drop and we all will definitely know.

Stay calm and remain peaceful.

All these 3 things we know them. We are anxious at this point because we are humans. Everyone who got to this stage put in great efforts.......those efforts have necessitated the expectations, hence the anxiety. Couple of motivational lines won’t erode all of that.

I’m sure no one here gets anxious about this 24/7.......I guess no one here has been entirely immuned from the anxiety too.
Plus, our peculiar circumstances and career status makes a general advice on handling the anxiety a bit unrealistic. Your message is well understood, but It’s normal to be anxious when you’re expectant. Believe me, nobody will die from this grin. We pray for victory at last !

You just spoke my mind. No need of coming here to tell people they will kill themselves. Anxiety is normal and that is why this thread was created solely for the recruitment, or should we be talking about BB9ja or politics? I also think the speculations and other comments coming in here only makes the thread lively and it's not out of place, if this place is quiet, people will still complain.
So please, let's chill

It will end in praise

Don't mind them, they act like those hoping and expecting the mails are out of place.

They keep acting like they don't have feelings but immediately someone says mail has dropped, they will be the first to refresh their mails.

It is what it is my dear.
I am still saying it with my full chest, I DON'T PUT PWC IN MY MIND.
I guess we all have our different ways of handling anxiety.
I have the right to visit this page and comment when I feel like.
And yes, I hoped it dropped that first week even till second week due to hearsays and as it haven't dropped, should I kill myself or kill PWC? Shey I shouldn't focus on other things ni?
So don't cry over my comment... it's very glaring that you are pained over my comment. I am not the PWC interviewers who told you 1st week of August neither am I one of the candidates who said 1st week Bro.
If you're looking for whom to pour your aggression or Anger on, I'm sorry, I am the wrongest person to face.
Look for the PWC interview panel and pour it on them.
Thank you.

Please my boss who knows that I am writing ICAN gave me a task to give an opinion on an effective tax planning structure that will enable the Law Firm pay less tax.

The firm is about to register its employees on HMO and all and wants my opinion before it does.
