Don't get it twisted. Maria likes Pere. This is the main issue - Maria and Pere had a conversation yesterday I think as a result of a game where Pere said 'JackieB was the first girl I was attracted to in the house, then someone got to her' (check the exact transcript, the story is on the FrontPage). Implying dt Maria was his second choice. She also said Michael was her spec.

Now Pere didn't make a fuss abt dt. But his sttmnt pricked Maria to her marrow cos she personally couldn't phantom being 2nd choice. Same way she got pissed the night Pere kissed Beatrice.
