This Study Visa application just tells us that everything is based on the blessings and approval of God Almighty.
We have seen over qualified application and they got refused and also seen qualified application and got approved. The success of our application is based on what God has predestined for us all. There's is always a reason for everything in life if God can show us what will happen to us on the nearest future we won't try to question him on some setbacks that will propel us to be more successful.

I applied November 19 2020 and completed my biometrics 25 of the same month. Hoping to get Approval in Principle but got nothing and paid first semester fees and started class online January 6 2021 and blessing of refusal came in April 16th 2021 few days to the end of Ramadan. Reapplied May 6 by submitting updated files and addressing all the points raised in the GMCS note and the vague response from IRCC. Finished second semester August 14 and yet to get a decision on my study visa application.

God Bless is All as we receive our blessings of PPR and Congratulations to us all.

May God grant us our heart desires..

Your application is in the right direction..

According to what I saw in your GCMS notes, a request was made for your Medicals, but they didn't send you a medical request because you have passed the upfront medicals you submitted to them..

And as we all know, 90% of applications that gets Medical request ends with an Approval...

As far you meet other requirements(which I wanna believe you will meet), then this is an approval..

For Masters, the bolded is right, but for a PG. Cert program, the bolded is wrong. He is a Bachelor's degree holder. Going for an ordinary diploma ain't a good idea for a degree holder. His Visa Chances would be slim if he uses such Admission Letter to apply for his Study Visa Application.

A postgraduate certificate (PG. Cert) program is his best option.

I applied from Belgium, my application was online and it went through their Paris office. To the guy who presumed I was in my 20’s, I am not. I also didn’t leave Nigeria at 16, I left when I was 28. for my masters here. I have a Nigerian passport and I am not a permanent resident here. Na student status I get.

Like i said earlier, you are applying from a country with good reputation unlike Nigeria. You will still not understand as you are not in the same shoes with people here. Congrats once again but don't compare Nigeria with Belgium. Also you made mention that you case passed through paris. Alaye, na Nairobi many cases dey pass o and na by grace people dey get their PPR here.
