First of all congratulations Sis, wishing you healthy and happy bumping. Just pray MS doesn't hit you

Cramps at this stage is normal, just indicating the presence of your baby, so long it is not accompanied with bleeding/spotting or intense pain.

Try and take rests as much as possible, drink lots of water it should help with the cramps and listen to your body, avoid anything stressful, long walks and standing for too long. Also avoid pineapple it causes cramps/ uterine contractions

Hope you have started taking prenatal vitamins, especially folic acid. You will be fine, other mama's will give their input

To God be the glory i delivered my charming prince yesterday at exactly 37weeks according to my LMP.
Weight : 3.1kg
Via an emergency CS, when I noticed reduced change in his movement which I did scan and doctor said umbilical cord was rounding his neck..
Baby is doing very fine, dad and big-bro are happy and mum is fine as well.

Yeah Mama. Test was done. The doc said they were infected with bacteria or something.

I can't remember the name of the drug but it's a kind of solution by NCPC or something is the brand name.

Top notch hygiene noted.

Hello Mamas, I feel fine but really scared and worried. I am 16 weeks gone but since last week, I keep feeling not pregnant.

I don't feel sick or anything of any sort and all silence.
I already read that after the first trimester ills a lot of women feel this way with the silence in their body.

There is just too much silence for me.
Should I be worried?
I am scared to go for OBS.

If you have a friend that is a nurse, ask her if she can use that their machine to listen to baby heartbeat for you. it can be quite reassuring. I did it with my child.

However its normal in 2nd trimester for symptoms to settle and for you to have periods of just feeling normal. Don't be worried unless you have cramps, pains, bleeding etc

Checked gender on Monday that was my antenatal and we are expecting another Princess (XX)!!!
Done quite some shopping through the benevolence of a soul full of sugarandspice in mama zaynie's.
I must confess my prenatals has been everyother day this time around. Mostly on days I have swallow for dinner so I can wrap them inside, as the calcium and vitamin c seems to big for my throat these days. Maybe I will just stick to folic acid daily.

Pls do take her to see a doctor, the bleeding might not be normal..
She may need some hormonal support medication.

Am a FTM and today makes it week 10 day 4 of my pregnancy journey, however I did not experience any morning sickness whatsoever from the day I got the 2 lines till now. At a point I was doubting even after blood test confirms positive so my Gynea ask for a scan when I was 6 weeks which shows baby growing well. I feel light cramps sometimes and yesterday back pain started. Please I hope my baby is safe abi she just didn’t want to disturb me with morning sickness ni

You're lucky na. Not all pregnancies comes with morning sickness.
Mine never did. Although for this my pregnancy, I had bitter taste in my mouth like someone who has malaria.

Cappo, am doing fine o and enjoying this honeymoon stage , early morning vomiting has reduced too.
Shopping has been gradual and am trying to be faithful to my prenatal drugs.
