The house is small true but it's not like it's a self contain.. multiple bedrooms. Multiple places to hang out. Na Sammie dey suffer himself.
He can move his bed from the red room to the blue room.

If they call it jealousy tell them he is not jealous but at the end of the day she is his ex, there were feelings there that are dying and he not in the place where he wants to see his ex and a new guy cuddle up. That's if he even bothers to explain himself sha.
Then he should reduce if not totally stop hanging with Boma and give him space.
