For me, if test/culture indicates growth of an infection. The first thing to do is to treat n get the infection out else fertility treatment will be a total waste and at the same time the body might as well resist those drugs later.

For those placed on Addyzoa pls continue with it provided you don't have infection else, I'll advice you get your infection treated first.

For those that wouldn't mind herbal treatment, I'll advice you go for cupping to remove toxins out of the body and make those drugs more efficient when used.
Some herbal drugs like Maca root powder is also 100% efficient both for motility,morphology and libido booster.

My husband has infertility issues; low count and motility. We have tried all sorts of infertility treatments without luck. Right now we've decided to take it slow and try natural vitamins that boost count/motility. If anyone has an experience, please share so others can learn.

I have a neighbor who also had the same issue after the birth of her first child n trying for another baby. At first she thought she was the problem because she had been treating infection since the birth of her baby. I did surgery for varicocele and was placed on addyzoa but I added maca tabs and ate cashew nuts regularly. The surgery was done august ending. My wife is about 5 months pregnant now. I know someone whose wife got pregnant barely 2 weeks after surgery. Most men seek gynacologist advice instead of urologist hence drugs like addyzoa don't give dem results. Only a urologist can diagnose varicocele. My advice, know the cause of infertility B4 treating low sperm count.
