Good morning , thank you for your reply , I wanted to ask again, is it a red flag if I go for bsc even dou I have done bsc in Nigeria , I got admission into a polish school for business management but it’s bsc not masters ,

You should have told us in the first place that you works at access bank now.
You have a good point. Just go and get a memo issued by your bank stating that all staffs who does not studied any banking related job in their first degree will not be qualified for management role anymore.
Then you get another letter written to the management for permission to go and study bussiness mgt course in poland in order to be able to qualify for any mgt position you may be qualified for on your return from poland.
You then get another letter from the bank's board of director approving your studies in poland.
Then, attach all these document together with your staff ID-card, appointment letter and other document you think may help you to get the visa.
That is all.
Please, you should note that i am not a travelling agent and not planning to be, but my advise for you is that the effort of a brilliant travelling would needed to perfect this your case.

Also as you try to do this, make sure that
All documents related to this stuff are genuine and make sure that you carry the bank management along bcs i am sure the document will be verified by the embassy. Fodging any documents relating to financial institution may go against you.
Getting a registered and qualified travelling agent will guild you on how to do it legally.

My work permit is out, but I am yet to receive other supporting documents. Is been two weeks, don't know why is taking much time. I sent email to my employer and the agent, they said I should exercise some patience. So I am still waiting

Go and look for a picture of an uncompleted hotel building or an uncompleted petrol station picture, then look for surveyor that would get a building plan to back it up, together with family lawyer and site engineer documents, telling the consular that your father is about to esterblish a very big hotel or filling station and intends to make you the pioneer manager being the first graduate in the family.

Tell the consular that your father has decided to stop the building project pending your return from bussiness management studies in poland.
I think your chances of getting visa is very high but my advice for you is to look for a competent travelling agent that would help you to esterblish this fact. It is not what you handle by yourself.

If you are under 30 years of age it shouldn't be a problem at all,
But even if you are above 30 if you give them cogent and compelling reason why you are changing career paths or why you need this new degree, they will surely accept you that shouldn't be too difficult for you, as long as the school has given you admission just prove to them that you will actually go there to study and you hope to come back to Nigeria and work with this new degree.
And please actually go there and study if not you will make things harder for those coming behind you.

Don't insult BABA JUSTWISE in nairaland. That's the number one rule you should know.
As for Emma, he's being too vocal. Somethings are not meant to be said openly because you don't know who is who. Just like you don't know who Justwise is when you are using those words on him.
Some of these embassies might have spies here in nairaland mentoring us but we won't know. And with those kind of advice, they might even deny a genuine person thinking that we all are fake.
