I captured on the 16th of June at Abeokuta for change of name due to marriage (Fresh application not renewal). It's 10 weeks now and I haven't received any message for collection. The person that helped me keeps saying it's not ready. How long should a fresh application for change of name due to marriage take? It's the 10th week now after capturing.

When is the collection date written on your confirmation slip?

Only a written tiny piece of paper was given to me containing:
Name
6 digit number
Capture date
Date of collection wasn’t included

I think only those with fresh application were issued confirmation slips, not sure tho

Let's meet there tomorrow....am actually heading there..I have same problem too but my own done Tay pass your own....nah the 10week I dey so still no passport.....let's meet up and draw them for trouser tomorrow

Keep bombing them ...they responded to my messages after 5 days and 10 messages asking for my enrollment number and location where I captured
