The first order was faulty but then, it can only be vacated by a superior court. This second order is illegal because the court has no power to reverse the decision of a court of coordinate jurisdiction. For how long will we continue to progress in error and illegality?

At least, we can all see that PDP is an undemocratic party and not an alternative to APC. These undemocratic clowns must never be allowed to return to power at the federal level.

I wish the court in kebbi state was an appeal court and not another state high court. That is because two courts of similar ranking really make the ruling look purchased.

But Where does this ruling by kebbi state court leave poor people who don't have money to buy justice?

My brother, the Judiciary turned themselves, not anybody turned them. After all they are not kids. It's all about greed to accept every bribe of which no one forced to accept.

Yesterday, i was writing paragraphs about how a high court suspended Secondus only to wake up to see another high court reinstate him.

A court of co-ordinate juridisction cannot do this, only a higher court can.

This is madness
