This particular pics is a mini flat kitchen, we have 4 units of it and 4 units of 2 bedrooms flat in this building.
The 2 bedrooms kitchen are bigger in size than this .

It’s really not that rare in Nigeria. Rare on this thread because this is mostly a kobo kobo build arena but other fantastic builds abound on other threads or media.

Most of us don't have all that extra money to put into kitchen like this one and again we dont fancy kitchen as much as it's done in a place like the USA. A kitchen this beautiful will sell a house easily juat like a house with parapet and stone coated roof will sell a house easily in Nigeria.

I also think that most Nigerians think that kitchens are the domain of house help so it doesn’t need to be over the top.

It’s not a professional advise to use sliding door for such area of 4-5ft in a residential building lobby.
Look at what I used for a client here, you can use same or something close to that.
The one advised by NEXT is also very good

I will advice you use flush door with two wings so that you will be able to utilize the whole space when there's need for such.
The door could be made of wood, or aluminium but ensure it has glass element on it for additional aesthetics.

Where are we going again in this country.

Reason why I ask my client to let us use block cabinet against fully HDF or mdf cabinet to save cost on this our medium finishings work on this project.

*Block work
* top slab
* tiling
* furniture work both up and down cabinets
All still under 250k
I saved about 200k on this single kitchen

This is beautiful. I've always detested block work cos they usually appear ugly and less functional. However, this is really beautiful and well constructed.

Aside cost and the fact that we actually build our houses from little drops of funds as they come, this is likely to be an open kitchen and it's part of the sitting room. In that case, they design the finishing to be presentable and functional

Did they borrow money from the maid to build the kitchen section while they do rest of the build.......

Good Morming to My Ogas in the house, I've seen where they use this tiles for external wall and I really like it and would like to emulate it on my kobokobo building.can this tiles stand the test of time? The second pic is the background wall we're proposing to tiled up to prevent rain from hitting the wall directly.

I’m currently working on something similar in badore but quite larger.
The key strength of this building is its shared space: fully equipped 36sqm shared lounge and living facilities.

It has 3 units of 2 bedroom and 5 units of executive 1 bed apartment.

The rich men’s house i’ve been to in Nigeria, it seems most prefer spending much money on the Exterior than they spend on thr Interior while the kitchen is always just there:
1)Wooden cabinet on top
2)Cupboard connected to the washing sink down
3)With patterned shining tiles.

Is there any brand changing the look of kitchen decor in Nigeria? I believe it will be a Goldmine

If you want them, I have a good number of kitchen designers around me.

They’re pricey though. The cheapest you should expect is $20k
