Most of us don't have all that extra money to put into kitchen like this one and again we dont fancy kitchen as much as it's done in a place like the USA. A kitchen this beautiful will sell a house easily juat like a house with parapet and stone coated roof will sell a house easily in Nigeria.

Yes this is just it and exposure matters, most home owners do not fancy kitchen because they do not know kitchen designs could be better.

A kitchen guy billed around 3M for a kitchen and when i checked his previous designs, they’re just like the normal kitchen every professional engineer could put together.

I fancy kitchen a lot

But do we really have guys that can deliver such kitchen?
The rich men’s house i’ve been to in Nigeria, it seems most prefer spending much money on the Exterior than they spend on thr Interior while the kitchen is always just there:
1)Wooden cabinet on top
2)Cupboard connected to the washing sink down
3)With patterned shining tiles.

Is there any brand changing the look of kitchen decor in Nigeria? I believe it will be a Goldmine

I’ve seen USA level workmanship occasionally. I’ll share some examples later.

N3xt, over to you Sir.

Those come at hefty price tag. There’s nothing abroad you can’t get here if you can afford it.

I have a junior who was Italian trained. His company here sponsored sent him and some of his colleagues abroad to be trained by Snaidero

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=coEwJjtRrbk

The problem is not how to get those kitchen but building houses that match those out-of-world designs.

That’s why you only get to see and appreciate those beautiful kitchens in places like Banana Island angry

Here’s something from a project he did in 2013. Just look at the ugly 4x4 window with burglary proof grin and the extremely beautiful but busy wall tiles.

I also think that most Nigerians think that kitchens are the domain of house help so it doesn’t need to be over the top.

If you want them, I have a good number of kitchen designers around me.

They’re pricey though. The cheapest you should expect is $20k
That’s 10M naira Nigeria currency cheesy grin indeed pricey

To spend $20k on the kitchen, the house must be worth at least x 10 of that to make any sense.

We are constructing same on this project.
8 kitchens

Watch out
Work is in progress .

Edit
———-
This particular pics is a mini flat kitchen, we have 4 units of it and 4 units of 2 bedrooms flat in this building.
The 2 bedrooms kitchen are bigger in size than this .

More pics later as we progresses

Oga rotech, tell the client to have a grid switch for all the equipment in the kitchen. Let them have a central control.

I wish you know me when NextHome was in Suite H52, Ikota Complex, I’d have taken you down to few shops that sell premium furnitures around me.

Check out Emilinks premium kitchens. They’re my neighbour back then.

As at 2014, the advertised price for the kitchen we chose for K-024 by NextHome is N7,000,000

I learnt they crashed their prices recently. Their armored doors that retail for N3 - N5m back then now sell for N1m. Also their kitchens has been discounted heavily.

I’m currently working on something similar in badore but quite larger.
The key strength of this building is its shared space: fully equipped 36sqm shared lounge and living facilities.

It has 3 units of 2 bedroom and 5 units of executive 1 bed apartment.

Theme: Gray and White

Good one, more of it bro

I am not doubting. I'm saying such clients don't build cheap either.

If you can spend $20k on just kitchen, then your guest is as good....

Well we can then say the client isn't poor, just selective with his or her attention.

Here is the low/ medium budget of the sittingroom I posted the kitchen earlier.
Client budget means a lot.

Paint 10k per drum
Pop 6k per square meter
Stainless railings 28k per linear meter
Tiles 3500 per sqm

One thing I love about this is how the dining is same level with the sitting room. I don't like elavated dining.
