What clubs like Chelsea can get 40-50 million euros, arsenal would have to spend double of that to be able to atract that same level of quality players.

If arsenal was actually decent, they would not be spending 50 million on Ben White because there would be a lot of better options for that same amount of money who would actually choose to go to arsenal.
