He can actually file a petition for a sibling visa with USCIS, form i130 for you. But the disadvantage is that it takes about 10yrs to mature, after which you get a straight green card.

If u're 21 yrs of age & unmarried, ur brother can file e for green card for u . But it takes at least 10yrs to get approval. It takes only 1 yr or less for spouse, parents & biological children of a United states citizen. Am telling u this out of experience. Good luck.
